In a Show Of Major Power CHINESE Xian H-6K and Russian Tupolev TU-95MS Strategic Bombers Conduct Joint Patrol Formation Over Pacific:
In a major show of power and increasingly growing Military Ties between the Two Brotherly Countries, CHINESE Xian H-6K and Russian Tupolev TU-95MS Strategic Bombers conduct Joint Patrol over the Western Pacific flew over the East CHINA Sea and Sea of Japan.
The Russian Ministry of Defense said that four numbers of CHINESE Xian H-6K Strategic Bombers and a Pair of Russian Tupolev TU-95MS Strategic Bombers conduct Joint Patrol in a formation and flew over the Sea of Japan and East CHINA Sea during the joint Patrol.
“The Russian Aerospace Force and the Air Force of the CHINESE PEOPLE’S LIBERATION ARMY conducted the second joint air patrol by long-range aircraft in the Asia-Pacific Region. The air group consisting of two Tu-95MS strategic bombers of Russia’s Aerospace Force and four Hong-6K strategic bombers of the Air Force of China’s People’s Liberation Army conducted the air patrol over the Sea of Japan and the East China Sea,” Russian Defense Ministry said.
The Russian Military Defense said in a statement, `“The joint mission was intended to develop and deepen the comprehensive Russia-CHINA partnership, further increase the level of co-operation between the two militaries, expand their ability for joint action and strengthen strategic stability.”
The Russian Ministry further added that the Conduct of Joint Patrol Formation of Russian and CHINESE Strategic Bomber over the Pacific “wasn’t directed against any third countries.”
“The aircraft of both countries acted strictly in accordance with the provisions of international law. Violations of the airspace of foreign states were not allowed,” Russian Defense Ministry said.
“There were no violations of the airspace of foreign states,” it added in the statement.
It is pertinent to mention that it was the Second Joint Patrol of Russian and CHINESE Strategic Bombers over the same area since July 2019.
It is pertinent to mention that both Russian and CHINESE flew Strategic Bombers over the same area for the first time in July 2019 and this is the second time that the Strategic Bombers of both the Brotherly Countries, CHINA and Russia.
“It wasn’t just two pairs of strategic bombers. It was also a joint operation involving AWACS aircraft on both sides, so you have surveillance and intelligence systems talking to one another,” Muraviev added.
The recent Joint Patrol Formation of Strategic Bombers over the Pacific followed by the statement of the Russian President Vladimir regarding the idea of the future scope of CHINA-Russia Military Alliance cannot be ruled out, which is seen as a signal of deepening military cooperation and defense ties between Moscow and Beijing during the growing tensions with the United States.
Alexey Muraview, a professor at Australia’s Curtin University and expert on the Russian military said, “The Russians and the CHINESE have now entered the stage which I describe as a near defense alliance. They’re very, very close as two militaries.”
On the occasion, Russian President Vladimir Putin also said that Russia shares highly sensitive military technologies with CHINA that significantly helped CHINA to strengthen and enhance its Defense Capabilities.
Top Defense Analysts are terming the development of Russia-CHINA Joint Patrol as a significant and termed it as an important milestone in creating a new Military Alliance and more importantly it will also help to bust the myth of the Unipolar World by creating the new Multi-polar world.
