PAKISTAN Seeks New Markets for its Proud Aircraft JF-17 Thunder in Paris Air Show 2019: (opens in a new tab)
After successfully exploring the markets of Nigeria and Myanmar, the PAKISTAN AIR FORCE is now seeking new markets and customers at the newly inaugurated Paris Air Show (2019). The Paris Air Show (PAS) is beginning on the Monday and PAKISTANI JF-17 Thunder will participate on all days of the Paris based Aircraft Show.
Some international Buyers as Malaysia and Egypt have shown tremendous interest in the upcoming Block-III version of the JF-17 Thunder Aircraft. The Top level officials from the both the countries are expecting to make their entry into the Paris Air Show 2019 (PAS).
The Block-III version of the JF-17 Thunder Aircraft is basically a 4-4.5 Generation Aircraft and it will be cost around $40 million, but it will be loaded with the same necessary equipment that is used in the US F-16 and Swedish Saab Gripen. Moreover, the overall performance of the Aircraft will actually surpass the above mentioned aircrafts in various aspects.
The PAKISTAN Aeronautical Complex (PAC) has made its entry into the Paris Air Show 2019 by highlighting the prominent features of the upcoming version of JF-17 Thunder Block-III, the most advanced Fighter jet ever designed and manufactured by the PAKISTAN which can easily be compared to the latest US F-16 Block 70 in both performance and equipment wise.
Prominent Features of JF-17 Thunder Aircraft:
The upcoming version of JF-17 Thunder Block-III will be loaded with the TURKISH Aselsan Targeting Pods, the state of the art Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) Radar, Helmet-Mounted Cueing System, Advanced Missile Warning System, Improved Electronic Warfare Suite, Improved Avionics, Precision Air-to-Ground Missile Capability, an Advanced Air-to-Air Missile, Improved Communication System, Improved Avionics and it will featuring the increased Payload Capability.
Although some of the Aircrafts components were supplied by the CHINA National Aero-Technology Import & Export Corporation (CATIC), while the final assembling of the Aircraft Components is done at the PAKISTAN Aeronautical Complex Kamra (PAC). Currently, the upcoming version of the JF-17 Thunder Block-III is undergoing final manufacturing, testing and transition phase and is expected to ready by the start of next year by 2020.
Reportedly, the PAKISTAN AIR FORCE is also fully prepared to inform the ‘Potential’ customers about the real performance of the Aircraft during its engagement with filthy india back in 27th Feb, in which PAKISTAN shoots down 2 indian aircrafts included the indian Sukhoi SU-30MKI and MiG-21.
