PAKISTAN To Purchase CHINESE J-35 Long Range Stealth Fighter Jet To Maintain Balance Of Power In South Asia:
PAKISTAN has decided to purchase undisclosed squadrons of CHINESE 5th Generation J-35 or Shenyang FC31 Long Range Stealth Fighter Jet to maintain balance of power in the theater of South Asia. According to the details, PAKISTAN has opted to induct several squadrons of J-35 Stealth Fighter Jet to counter indian Rafale.
Reportedly, the CHINESE J-35 is the newest and state of the art fighter jet that CHINA has developed in a direct competition with US F-35 stealth jet.
The CHINA’s J-35 Fighter Jet is still under the development stage as part of the FC31 project.
It is expected that the new CHINESE Fifth Generation stealth aircraft will start flying in early 2021 and the serial production of the aircraft is expected to start in the year of 2024-25.
According to the leading Defense Experts, the CHINESE Fifth Generation J-35 Long Range Stealth Fighter Jet is basically the production-ready version of J-31, which CHINA showcased in 2012.
PAKISTAN has opted for CHINA’s capable J-35 Stealth fighter jet in order to counter indian move of French Rafale fighter jet.
The J-35 is a much more capable aircraft and the People’s Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF) initially planned to induct the aircraft in 2019, but the serial production of the aircraft disturbed due to the non-availability of high-performance afterburning turbofan engines.
Right now, the J-35 is powered by the RD-33 Engines, which is made by Russia’s United Engine Corporation (UEC-Klimov). Russia has also used the same RD-33 Engines for its indigenous MiG-29 fighter jets.
Top Defense Experts believed that CHINA’s 5th Generation J-35 Stealth Aircraft is a much more capable aircraft and it is likely to replace the CHINESE Fourth Generation J-10 Fighter Jets because of its stealthy design and high-tech armament and avionics.
The famous Science Magazine has described CHINESE J-35 Stealth Fighter Jet as the “Game Changer” for CHINESE Air Force and it will make the PLAAF much more capable and deadlier than ever.

“If the new jet is indeed the J-35 and China builds large numbers of them, it will create a CHINESE Air Force to be reckoned with,” famous Science Magazine wrote about J-35 Stealth Fighter Jet.
One of the distinctive advantages of the J-35 it has a lower price tag than all its competitors and predecessors. The cost of the J-35 Long Range Stealth Fighter Jet will be around $70 Million. One the other hand, the cost of French Rafale is about $77 Million and US F-35 stealth jet is about $80 million for a single unit.
CHINA has already armed its indigenous fifth generation J-35 Long Range Stealth Fighter Jet with the deadly PL-15 Air to Air Missile, which is the improved version of US AMRAAM Missile.
The potency and lethality of PL-15 Air to Air missile is formidable and US counterparts are also afraid from the performance and long range of this missile.
The UF F-35 stealth jet hasn’t matured yet and still facing diaspora of countless problems. Even the United States Air Force veteran called it as a “Flying Lemon” and they are afraid that the aircraft might never get its true potential ever due to the different problems associated with the aircraft.
The United States F-35 is a mediocre and an underpowered stealth jet that lacks in speed and dogfight and it is still quite inferior with the competitor like SU-57, J-35 or F-22 Raptor, so there are low chances that F-35 might ever emerge as the air superiority fighter jet in decades.
