General Sahir Shamshad Mirza assumed his responsibilities as the 18th New CHAIRMAN JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF COMMITTEE (CJCSC) of Sacred Country PAKISTAN during a prestigious and graceful ceremony held at Joint Staff HQ Rawalpindi on Sunday, November 27, 2022, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Lieutenant General Babar Iftikhar said in an Official Statement.
General Sahir Shamshad Mirza is the 18th New CHAIRMAN JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF COMMITTEE (CJCSC) of PAK ARMY.
Upon arrival at the Joint Staff HQ, a smartly turned out contingent of the TRI-ARMED FORCES of Sacred Country PAKISTAN presented ‘Guard of Honor’ to the 18th New CHAIRMAN JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF COMMITTEE (CJCSC) General Sahir Shamshad Mirza.
The new CHAIRMAN JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF COMMITTEE (CJCSC) General Sahir Shamshad Mirza reviewed the Guard of Honor and the March Post during his arrival at the Joint Staff HQ Rawalpindi.
In high-profile Appointments and Promotions, PAKISTAN ARMY appointed General Asim Munir as the 17th CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) and the General Sahir Shamshad Mirza as the 18th new CHAIRMAN JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF COMMITTEE (CJCSC) of Sacred Country PAKISTAN.
The 18th New CJCSC General Sahir Shamshad Mirza assumed the charge of the CJCSC from the outgoing CJCSC General Nadeem Raza in a prestigious and graceful ceremony.
Before assuming the Charge of CJCSC, General Sahir Shamshad Mirza serving his responsibilities as the Corps Commander Rawalpindi and he has served on the post of Chief of General Staff (CGS)– that’s considered as the most important Post in PAK ARMY Chain of Command after the post of PAK ARMY CHIEF.
The Chief of General Staff is one of the Powerful post in PAKISTAN ARMY that heads both the Intelligence and Operational Directorates within the Command of PAKISTAN ARMY.
Moreover, the newly appointed CJCSC General Sahir Shamshad Mirza also served as the Director General Military Operations (DGMO), where he oversee the Full-Fledge Military Operations of PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES against the iranian and indian state sponsored, state backed and state funded terrorism in Sacred Country PAKISTAN in different areas of Sacred Country PAKISTAN.
In his new responsibilities, the 18th New CJCSC General Sahir Shamshad Mirza will coordinate the different affairs of the TRI-ARMED FORCES of Sacred Country PAKISTAN, including the PAKISTAN NAVY, PAKISTAN AIR FORCE and PAKISTAN ARMY.
