COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa Held Important Meeting With Top Civil And Military Leadership During Official Visit To Qatar:
CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa, who is on an official visit to Qatar, held One on One important meeting with Top Qatari civilian and military leadership on Wednesday, July 8, 2021, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement.
According to the details released by the PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head the Inter-Services Public Relations or ISPR, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa held an important meeting with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs Dr. Khalid Bin Mohammed Al Attiyah.
COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa also held important meeting with Chief of Staff Qatar Armed Forces of the State of Qatar Lieutenant General (Pilot) Ghanim Bin Shaheen Al-Ghanim.
During the interactions, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa and other dignitaries discuss regional security situation and regional geo-political environment. The dignitaries also discussed the ways to further enhance the Bilateral Security and Defense collaboration between the two countries, PAKISTAN and Qatar.
“COAS said that both countries share the great history of cordial relations and a deep spirit of brotherhood, which are being transformed into an enduring partnership. He also appreciated the role of Qatar in the Afghan peace process,” DG ISPR said.
On the occasion, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that both the Brotherly Countries share the rich history of cordial and brotherly relations submerged in a deep rooted brotherhood, which is now being transformed into an enduring partnership.
“Qatari dignitaries also appreciated PAKISTAN’s continuous efforts for peace and stability in the region and pledged to keep working for better relations between the two brotherly countries,” DG ISPR added.
The Qatari dignitaries highly lauded and appreciated the distinctive and exemplary efforts of PAKISTAN in maintaining and promoting peace and stability in the region. The dignitaries pledged to keep working to enhance better relationship between the two Brotherly Countries.
Both the sides highlighted the importance of further enhancing the Bilateral Security and Defense relations in all the domains, including defense and security.
