COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa Held One On One Important Meeting With Germany FM Mr Heiko Maas During Official Visit To Germany:
PAK ARMY CHIEF General Qamar Javed Bajwa, who is on an official visit to Germany, held One on One important meeting with the Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs of Germany Minister Mr. Heiko Maas Thursday June 24, 2021, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an Official Statement.
According to the details released by the PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa held an important meeting with Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs of Germany Mr. Heiko Maas and Special Representative for the Federal Government for PAKISTAN and Afghanistan Mr. Markus Potzel.
During the meeting, both the dignitaries discuss matters related to regional security, mutual interest and the latest developments of the ongoing Afghan Peace Process.
Both the dignitaries also discuss various measures in further enhancing the Bilateral Defense and Security Cooperation between PAKISTAN and Germany.
COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that PAKISTAN attaches great importance to its relations with Germany and he expressed desire to further enhance the Bilateral Defense and Security relationship for mutual benefit of both the countries.
On the occasion, the German dignitaries also acknowledged the sincere efforts of PAKISTAN for maintaining regional peace and stability in context with the Afghan Peace Process.

Visit to Bundeswehr Command & Staff College Hamburg, Germany:
Later, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa also paid a special visit to the Bundeswehr Command & Staff College Hamburg, where he addressed the participants regarding his views on “PAKISTAN’s Regional and Internal Security Perspective”.
During the address, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa informed the audience about the various internal and external security challenges faced by the Sacred Country PAKISTAN. COAS General Bajwa also apprised the audience about the various measures being taken to mitigate the threats.
On the occasion, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa categorically made it clear that the enduring peace in the world hinges on the ability to resolve the longstanding issues in the region. COAS added that it can only be accomplished through meaningful international support.
Earlier on arrival at the Bundeswehr Command & Staff College Hamburg, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa was warmly greeted, welcomed and received by the Commandant Bundeswehr Command & Staff College Hamburg Major General Oliver Kohl.
