Commander Of The National Guard Of The Kingdom of Bahrain Calls On COAS General Bajwa At GHQ Rawalpindi:
Commander of the National Guard of the Kingdom of Bahrain General Sheikh Mohamed Bin Isa Al-Khalifa held one on one important meeting with CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at Generals Headquarter (GHQ) Rawalpindi on Friday, March 19, 2021, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement.
According to the details released by the PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head ISPR, both the dignitaries held one on one important meeting at GHQ Rawalpindi. During the meeting, matters pertaining to professional interest, recent regional security situation and the ongoing Afghan Peace Process were discussed.
Both the dignitaries also agreed on enhancing the bilateral Defense Collaboration between the Armed, Air and Naval Forces of both the Brotherly Countries.
“During the meeting matters related to mutual interest, regional security especially Afghan Peace Process and measures to further enhance professional cooperation between both the armies were discussed,” DG ISPR said.
On the occasion, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that PAKISTAN greatly values its strong defense, economic and diplomatic relations with the Kingdom of Bahrain.
“COAS said that PAKISTAN values its strong diplomatic, economic and defense relations with Kingdom of Bahrain. Both reiterated the desire to further enhance bilateral cooperation including efforts for peace and security in the region,” DG ISPR added.
During the occasion, the visiting dignitary Commander of the National Guard of the Kingdom of Bahrain General Sheikh Mohamed Bin Isa Al-Khalifa highly lauded and appreciated the precious efforts of PAKISTAN to maintain the regional peace and stability and the role of PAKISTAN in the ongoing Afghan Peace process.
It is expected that the recent high-profile visit of the Commander National Guard of Bahrain will help to further boost the Defense and Security relations between the Naval, Armed and Air Forces of both the Brotherly Countries.
