High Profile Appointments And Transfers In PAKISTAN ARMY As Major General Ahmed Sharif Named As The New DG ISPR:
High-Profile and Major Transfers in PAKISTAN ARMY as Major General Ahmed Sharif has been appointed as the new Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) with immediate effect on Friday, December 2, 2022, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head Lieutenant General Babar Iftikhar said in an Official Statement.
Sacred Country PAKISTAN 17th New ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir has appointed Major Level appointments in the PAKISTAN ARMY Command.
The newly appointed DG ISPR Major General Ahmed Sharif of the Corps of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (EME) will replace the existing DG ISPR Lt. General Babar Iftikhar, who has now been posted as Corps Commander V Corps in Sacred Country PAKISTAN’s Financial Capital Karachi.
After the appointment, the newly appointed DG ISPR Major Ahmed Sharif would be the second only Officer of PAKISTAN ARMY, after Major General Jehangir, who belongs to the Corps of Electrical and Mechanical Engineer (EME).
In other high-profile appointments, Lieutenant General Muhammad Ali has been appointed as the Quartermaster General (QMG) of the Strategic Force Central.
Vice CGSA Lieutenant General Noman Zakaria has been appointed as the Commander Logistics Support. Lieutenant General Noman Zakaria has also served on the post of Director General Military Operations (DGMO) back in 2020.
The Director General Military Operations (DGMO) is also considered as one of the most important in PAKISTAN ARMY that monitors and supervises all the Military Operations of PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES in an outside the Sacred Country PAKISTAN.
Commander Logistics Support Lieutenant Genera Saqib has been appointed as the Corps Commander Bahawalpur with immediate effect.
Lieutenant General Shahar has been appointed as the AGFC of GO 10 Division, while Major General Ahmed Sharif has been appointed as the DG ISPR from Director General Defense Science and Technology Organization (DESTO).
After the appointments, the newly appointed Officers of PAKISTAN ARMY will hold their responsibilities and their respective domain to Serve their Sacred Country PAKISTAN with their unshakable Commitment, Resolve, Will and Dedication.
