Lieutenant General Nadeem Raza Hilal-i-Imtiaz Military Appointed As CJCSC:

PAKISTAN ARMY Lieutenant General Nadeem Raza Hilal-i-Imtiaz Military has been officially appointed as PAKISTAN ARMY’s New Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) with effect from November 27, 2019. The current Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee Lieutenant General Zubair Mahmood Hayat is due to retire on November 27 of this year and Lt. General Nadeem Raza Hilal-i-Imtiaz Military will fill space for the post of CJCSC on November 28th, 2019.
It is worth mentioning that there were a total of three Senior Generals of PAKISTAN ARMY chosen for the post of Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee. Lieutenant General Humayun Aziz, Lieutenant General Sarfaraz Sattar and Lieutenant General Nadeem Raza Hilal-i-Imtiaz Military were on the list for the post of CJCSC.

The upcoming Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee Lieutenant General Nadeem Raza Halaal-e-Imtiaz Miliary was commissioned in the 10th Sindh Regiment on September 1985. He is a graduate of Command and Staff College Quetta National Defense University Islamabad. Lieutenant General Nadeem Raza Hilal-e-Imtiaz Military also attended the Info Coy Command Course in Germany in 1994.

The General Officer Lieutenant General Nadeem Raza has got vast experience of Command, Staff and Instructional Aptitudes. He has also been a Chief of Staff of PAKISTAN ARMY’s most feared Strike Corps.

The General Officer has commanded the Infantry Brigade along the Line of Control (LOC), Infantry Battalion, 10 Corps and Infantry Division in South Waziristan.

As far as the instructional experience of the General Officer is concerned; the Lieutenant General Nadeem Raza Hilal-i-Imtiaz Military has also been on the faculty of Top Credible and Prestigious institutions as War College Islamabad, Commandant PAKISTAN Military Academy Kakul, Command & Staff College Quetta and School of Infantry & Tactics (SI&T).
