PAKISTAN Advisor to the National Command Authority (NCA) Lieutenant General (retd) Khalid Ahmed Kidwai was speaking at “The International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS)” and the “8th Centre for International Strategic Studies (CISS)” workshop on ‘Strategic Stability in South Asia’ on Monday, 26th September 2022.
“The custodial controls of India’s large triad of the nuclear arsenal have now fallen firmly in the hands of an extremist fundamentalist leadership,” PAKISTAN NCA Advisor Lieutenant General (Retd) Khalid Ahmed Kidwai said.
