Ukrainian Ambassador To PAKISTAN Held One On One Important Meeting With COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa:
Ambassador of Ukraine to PAKISTAN His Excellency Mr. Markian Chuchuk held One on One important meeting with the CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at the Generals Headquarter (GHQ), Rawalpindi on Wednesday March 31, 2021, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement.
According to the details released by the PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head ISPR, Ukrainian Ambassador to PAKISTAN H.E Mr. Markian Chuchuk meets with PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at the Generals Headquarter (GHQ) Rawalpindi.
During the meeting, both the dignitaries discuss various matters of the recent regional security situation and mutual interest. Both the dignitaries also discuss the Bilateral Security and Defense cooperation between the both friendly countries.
“During the meeting matters of mutual interest, regional security and enhanced bilateral & defence cooperation came under discussion. COAS said that Pakistan attaches great importance to furthering bilateral relations with Ukraine in all domains,” DGISPR said.
The visiting dignitary Ambassador of Ukraine to PAKISTAN His Excellency Mr. Markian Chuchuk highly acknowledged and appreciated the sincere efforts of PAKISTAN for bringing peace and stability in the region.
“Visiting dignitary appreciated PAKISTAN’s sincere efforts for bringing peace and stability in the region, especially the Afghan Peace Process. Both sides reiterated the commitment for expanding bilateral engagements through structured forums and regular exchanges, particularly with respect to defense cooperation,” DG ISPR added.
Both the dignitaries also discuss the Afghan Peace Process and Afghan Endgame after the withdrawal of US and foreign troops from Afghanistan by 1st May, 2021.
On the occasion, both the dignitaries reiterated the firm resolve, dedication and commitment to further enhance and expand the Bilateral relations with both friendly countries in all domains, including Defense and Security through regular exchanges and structured forums.
