Shahpar is basically a state of the art Medium Altitude and Long Endurance Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle System (Tactical UAVS) developed, designed and developed by PAKISTAN’s State Owned Defense Giant Global Industrial Defense Solutions (GIDS) to fulfill the requirements of PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES.

The GIDS Shahpar-II MALE Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle System (Tactical UAVS) is multipurpose Medium Altitude and Long Endurance (MALE) UAV that can be used for target acquisition, reconnaissance, monitoring, situational awareness, monitoring and disaster management missions.

PAKISTAN showcased the Shahpar Medium Altitude and Long Endurance (MALE) Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle System (Tactical UAVS) at the International Defense Exhibition and Seminar (IDEAS) held at Karachi Expo Centre back in November 2012.

GIDS also demonstrated this state of the art and cutting edge Shahpar-II MALE Tactical UAVS at the International Defense Exhibition and Conference (IDEX) held at UAE back in February 2013.

PAKISTAN ARMY and PAKISTAN AIR FORCE commissions the Shahpar Tactical UAVS in its arsenal back in 2013.

PAKISTAN proudly showcased the upgraded and modified version of Shahpar Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle System (Tactical UAVS) on March 25, 2021.

PAKISTAN Defense Giant Global Industrial Defense Solutions or GIDS developed and designed the Shahpar-II MALE Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle System (Tactical UAVS) with the collaboration of NESCOM or National Engineering and Scientific Commission.

The UAVS is configured with the revolutionary canard foreplanes in front of its wings.

Take-Off and Landing:

The GIDS Shahpar-II MALE Tactical UAVS features full autonomous landing and take-off landing capabilities. The UAVS can easily land independently with the help of a parachute or manual pilot.

Payload Capacity of GIDS Shahpar-II Medium Altitude And Long Endurance Tactical Drone:

The GIDS Shahpar-II MALE Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle System (Tactical UAVS) is configured to take a variety of payloads up to 50 kilograms to execute complex reconnaissance, target acquisition, tracking and surveillance missions in adverse weather conditions.

The GIDS Shahpar-II MALE Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle System can perform its mission in both day and night environments and in unfavorable climatic conditions.

The Shahpar Drone is also accompanied by the several onboard payloads, including the full mission debriefing and simulation, management and control, accurate and longitudinal trajectory control, dissemination systems and the built-in data exploitations.

Tracking and Control System:

As far as the tracking and control system is concerned; the Shahpar-II MALE vehicle comes with the Global Positions System (GPS). Moreover, all the users can easily customize the payload based on the complex mission requirements.

Radar Cross Section (RCS) of Shahpar-II MALE Tactical Surveillance and Reconnaissance UAVS:

One of the distinctive and unmatched features of the Shahpar-II Medium Altitude and Long Endurance Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle System (Tactical UAVS) is its significantly reduced Radar Cross Section (RCS). Furthermore, the Shahpar UAVS also conforms to the Military Environmental standard of 810F.

Motion Imagery Standards:

The Shahpar-II Medium Altitude and Long Endurance Tactical UAVS comes with the latest airborne imaging equipment (AIE). The vehicle is also equipped with the Zumr-I (EP) multi-sensor turret that also helped to improve the mobility the UAVS and it also helps to improve the local security of the Tactical UAVS.

Other onboard sensors included, Eye Safe Laser Ranger Finder (LRF) with a maximum range of 20 Kilometers and Light and near Infrared (IR) Television that helps to record crystal clear surveillance videos in ultra-rich details.

The Shahpar-II MALE Tactical UAVS is also equipped with the high-definition enhanced reconnaissance IR Camera and Image Procession System known as Erica Plus that help to provide extended visibility in adverse weather conditions.
