PAKISTAN NAVY Flotilla Visits Bahrain And Oman:

PAKISTAN NAVY Flotilla comprising of PAKISTAN NAVY Warships PNS DEHSHAT, PMSA HINGOL and SV BEHR-E-MASAH visited the Port Sultan Qaboos of Oman and Port Mina Salman of Bahrain on Sunday, November 28, 2021, PAKISTAN NAVY Media Wing Head DGPR NAVY Rear Admiral Naeem Sarwar said in an official statement.

According to the details, three different ships of PAKISTAN NAVY visited the Port Mina Salman of Bahrain and Port Sultan Qaboos of Oman.

“PAK NAVY flotilla, PNS DEHSHAT,SV BEHR-E-MASAH &PMSA Ship HINGOL, visited port Mina Salman of Bahrain & Port Sultan Qaboos of Oman. PN ships were received by Defence Attache & Senior Natl Reps. Mission Cdr & COs called on Naval officials. Matters of maritime sec were discussed,” DGPR NAVY said.

Visit to Port Sultan Qaboos of Oman:

On arrival at the Port Sultan Qaboos of Oman, the visiting ships of PAKISTAN NAVY were warmly greeted, received and welcomed by the Defense Attaché of PAKISTAN at Oman along with the officers of the Royal Navy of Oman.

During the visit, PAKISTAN NAVY Mission Commander, Commanding Officer and Defense Attache called on the Director General Operations Captain Jasim Muhammad Al Baloshi at the Headquarter of Royal Navy of Oman.

On the occasion of 51st National Day of Sultanate of Oman, the Mission Commander of PAKISTAN NAVY Ship Flotilla conveyed the Heartfelt Sincere regards from the CHIEF OF THE NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi for the people of Oman on their National Day.

Different members of Majlas-e-Daula and Majlas-e-Shura of Oman, including the representatives of other countries visited the PAKISTAN NAVY Warship.

During the visit, the delegation of PAKISTAN NAVY visited the Maritime Security Centre of Oman, where the delegation was briefed about the coordination in the maritime security, especially anti-narcotics, anti-smuggling and anti-human trafficking.

Visit to the Port of Mina Salman of Bahrain:

On arrival at the port of Mina Salman, the PAKISTAN NAVY ships were greeted, welcomed and received by the senior National representatives of PAKISTAN and Bahrain Navy.

The Mission Commander and Commanding Officers called on the Chief of the Bahrain Naval Forces Rear Admiral Mohamed Yousaf Mohamed and Deputy Commander Royal Bahrain Coast Guard Commodore Jasim Mohamed Al Ghatam.

The Mission Commander and Commanding Officers were also called on the Commander Combined Maritime Forces Vice Admiral Brad Cooper and Deputy Commander CMG Commodore Edward Ahlgren.

During the interactions, the dignitaries discuss the various matters of professional and mutual interest. The dignitaries also discussed the naval collaborations in various maritime domains between the countries.

On completion of the Port Visit, the PAKISTAN NAVY Ship flotilla conducted the Bilateral Exercise with the Royal Bahrain Naval Ship RBNS AL AREEN. The bilateral exercise aimed to further enhance the interoperability between the Naval Forces of both the Brotherly Countries, PAKISTAN and Bahrain.

It is expected that the recent high-profile visit of the PAKISTAN NAVY and PAKISTAN Maritime Security Agency (PMSA) Ships to Bahrain and Oman will significantly help to further enhance the Bilateral Security and Defense relations between the Brotherly ISLAMIC Countries and the Arab World.
