PAKISTAN NAVY Inducts First Brazilian Embraer Lineage 1000 Jetliner Twin Engine Long Range Maritime Patrol Aircraft In Its Arsenal:

In a bid to replace the existing ageing fleet of P3C Orion Turboprop Aircraft, PAKISTAN NAVY inducts first Embraer Lineage 1000 Jetliner Twin Jet Engine Long Range Maritime Patrol Aircraft (LRMP) in its arsenal on Thursday, September 2, 2021, PAKISTAN NAVY Media Wing Head DGPR NAVY Rear Admiral Naeem Sarwar said in an official statement.

According to the details released by the PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head, DGPR NAVY, PAKISTAN NAVY adds first Twin Engine Jet Aircraft in its arsenal.

The prestigious and graceful induction ceremony of PAKISTAN NAVY’s First modern Twin Jet Engine Brazilian Embraer 1000 Jetliner Long Range Maritime Patrol Aircraft was held at PNS Mehran Karachi.

PAK NAVAL CHIEF, CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

Upon arrival at the PAKISTAN NAVAL Base PNS Mehran, CNS Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi was warmly welcomed, received and welcomed by the Commander PAKISTAN Fleet (COMPAK) Rear Admiral Naveed Ashraf.

It is pertinent to mention that the newly inducted Twin Jet Engine LRMP Aircraft is basically the variant of the Brazilian built state of the art Embraer Lineage 1000 Jetliner Twin Engine LRMP Aircraft that has globally used in different air operations.

PAKISTAN NAVY signs the Defense deal for the procurement of a total of three Numbers of Such modern Twin Jet Engine Long Range Maritime Patrol Aircraft.

“Induction ceremony of #PAKNAVY first modern Long Range Maritime Patrol twin engine jet aircraft held at PNS Mehran, Khi. CNS Adm Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi graced the occasion as chief guest. The aircraft will be a force multiplier for Maritime Operations,” DGPR NAVY said.

The newly inducted Embraer Lineage 1000 Jetliner Twin Jet Engine Long Range Maritime Patrol Aircraft (LRMP) is equipped with latest and cutting-edge weaponry and it is packed with hi-tech sensors and radars to undertake complex Maritime Air Operations.

While speaking on the occasion, the Chief Guest of the ceremony, CNS Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi, paid a Rich and Glorious Tribute to the Veteran KASHMIRI Hurriyet Leader Syed Ali Gillani and expressed deep sorrow and Condolence on his sad demise.

“The NAVAL CHIEF commended remarkable transition of #PAKNAVY from prop to jet age LRMP Operations. CNS also underscored that PN is fully committed to safeguard its sea fronts while ensuring a conducive maritime environment in the region,” DGPR NAVY added.

Later, the PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi highly lauded the remarkable and historic transition of PAKISTAN NAVY Air Arm from Turboprop to Jet Engine to undertake Long Range Maritime Patrol Operations in and beyond the Sacred Maritime Frontiers of this Sacred Country, PAKISTAN.

On the occasion, PAK NAVAL CHIEF Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi reassured the Brave and Great 220 Million PAKISTANI Nation that PAKISTAN NAVY is fully equipped and armed to face all the emerging threats and challenges posed to the Sacred Country PAKISTAN.

“Later the Naval Chief commended remarkable transition of Pakistan Navy Air Arm from prop to jet age of Long Range Maritime Patrol Operations. He reassured the nation that PAKISTAN NAVY is fully cognizant of prevailing challenges and is committed to upgrade its combat inventory to generate swift response,” DGPR NAVY added.

CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi also highlighted that PAKISTAN NAVY is effectively contributing towards Government’s Policy for promoting eternal peace and stability in the Sacred Maritime Frontiers of PAKISTAN.

CNS Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi underscored that PAKISTAN NAVY is fully committed to safeguard the Sacred Maritime Frontiers of PAKISTAN while ensuring the conducive Maritime environment in the region.

While speaking on the occasion, the Commander PAKISTAN Fleet (COMPAK) Rear Admiral Naveed Ashraf highlighted the capabilities and features of the newly induct Twin Jet Engine Long Range Maritime Patrol Aircraft.

He expressed hope that the induction of this state of the art Twin Jet Engine LRMP Aircraft will significantly enhance the capabilities of PAKISTAN NAVY to effectively safeguard the Sacred Maritime Frontiers of PAKISTAN.

He also highlighted the salient features of the newly acquired Embraer Lineage 1000 Jetliner Twin Jet Engine Long Range Maritime Patrol Aircraft (LRMP) for PAKISTAN NAVY.

Later, the Chief Guest of the Aircraft induction ceremony, PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi, handed over the official documents of the newly acquired Twin Jet Engine Long Range Maritime Patrol Aircraft (LRMP) to the Commanding Officer of the concerned Squadron.

The aircraft induction ceremony was attended by the Senior and retired PAKISTAN NAVY Officers and CPOs/Sailors.
