PAKISTAN NAVY has promoted the Commodore Syed Ahmed Salman to the rank of Rear Admiral with immediate effect on Thursday, November 23, 2021, PAKISTAN NAVY Media Wing Head DGPR NAVY Rear Admiral Naeem Sarwar said in an official statement.
According to the details, PAKISTAN NAVY has promoted the Commodore Syed Ahmed Salman to Rear Admiral with immediate effect.
Details of Newly Promoted Rear Admiral Syed Ahmed Salman:
The newly promoted Rear Admiral of PAKISTAN NAVY Syed Ahmed Salman got commissioned in the PAKISTAN NAVY back in 1991.
He is a graduate of the PAKISTAN NAVY War College Lahore and the National Defense University Islamabad.
The Admiral enjoyed an illustrious and remarkable career and got vast experience of Command and Staff Appointments. The major Command Appointments, include Director Inventory Control Points (DICP) and Director Procurement (NAVY).
“Rear Admiral Syed Ahmed Salman got commissioned in PAKISTAN NAVY in 1991. The Admiral is a graduate of PAKISTAN NAVY War College Lahore and National Defence University Islamabad,” DGPR NAVY said.
The major Staff Appointments of the newly promoted Rear Admiral Syed Ahmed Salman, include Assistant Chief of Naval Staff (Supply), Secretary & Flag Lieutenant to CHIEF OF THE NAVAL STAFF and Director Surface Stores.

The Foreign Office Appointment, includes the UK $ Staff Officer (Logistic) to Commander Task Force-150 at HQ US NAVCEN, Bahrain and Attaché Defense Purchase.
Presently, he is serving his responsibility as the Deputy Chief of Naval Staff (Admin) at NHQ Islamabad.
In recognition of his Services to the Sacred Country PAKISTAN, the Rear Admiral Syed Ahmed Salman is decorated with the Sitara-e-Imtiaz (Military).
