PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ALAMGIR Visits Algeria As Part Of Overseas Deployment:

PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ALAMGIR visited the Port of Algiers, Algeria as part of Overseas Deployment on Thursday, November 25, 2021, PAKISTAN NAVY Media Wing Head DGPR NAVY Rear Admiral Naeem Sarwar said in an official statement. 

According to the details, PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ALAMGIR visits the Algeria as part of Overseas Deployment (OSD).

Earlier, on arrival at the Port of Algiers, PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ALAMGIR was warmly greeted, welcomed and received by the Top Senior Officials for Algerian Navy and Defense Attaché of PAKISTAN at Algeria.

PAK NAVY Warship ALAMGIR visited Port of Algiers, Algeria. During visit Mission Cdr & CO called on Cdr Central Maritime Sector of Algerian Navy & discussed collaboration in maritime security affairs. Later on, PN Ship carried out bilateral passage Ex to enhance interoperability,” DGPR NAVY said.

During the stay at the port, the Mission Commander of PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ALAMGIR Captain Bilal Ahmed Sana called on the Commander Maritime Sector of Algerian Navy.

During the meeting, both the dignitaries discussed matters related to mutual and professional interest. The dignitaries also discussed the prospects of further strengthening the Bilateral Naval Collaboration and to achieve the common Maritime Security Objectives.

On the occasion, the Mission Commander of PAKISTAN NAVY visiting Warship PNS ALAMGIR conveyed the well wishes from the CHIEF OF THE NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi for the people of Algeria in General and Algerian Navy in Particular.

The mission commander of PAKISTAN NAVY visiting Warship PNS ALAMGIR extended his gratitude for the wholehearted support provided by the Algerian Navy for making the comfortable stay of Ship’s crew and staff.

At the end of the Port Visit, the PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ALAMGIR conducted the bilateral passage exercise with Algerian Navy Warship to strengthen and enhance the interoperability between the two Naval forces.

It is expected that the recent high-profile visit of the PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ALAMGIR will provide an opportunity for both the Brotherly Countries to further enhance the existing cordial relations and close ties.
