PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ZULFIQUAR Visits Hamburg Germany As Part Of Overseas Deployment:
PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ZULFIQUAR visited Hamburg, Germany as part of PAKISTAN NAVY overseas deployment on 5th August, 2021, PAKISTAN NAVY Media Wing Head DGPR NAVY Rear Admiral Naeem Sarwar said in an official statement.
According to the details released by the PAKISTAN NAVY Media Wing Head, PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ZULFIQUAR visited Germany as part of Overseas Deployment.
Upon arrival at the port, the crew of PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ZULFIQUAR was warmly greeted, welcomed and received by the Naval & Air Attaché (PAKISTAN) Berlin and top level officials from German Navy.
During the stay at the port, the Mission Commander of PAKISTAN NAVY Warship Commodore Syed Rizwan Khalid along with the Commanding Officer Captain Rao Ahmed Imran Anwar called on the Chief of Staff German Naval Command Rear Admiral Fran Lensky, Chief Harbour Master of Hamburg Port Mr. Pollmann and the Commander Hamburg Naval Command Naval Captain Michael Giss.
During the interactions, the dignitaries discussed matters of mutual and professional interest. The dignitaries also discussed the contributions of PAKISTAN NAVY to the regional peace and maritime security.
The Mission Commander of PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ZULFIQUAR also conveyed the well wishes from the PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF, CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Ajmal Khan Niazi for the people of Germany in general and German Navy in particular.
Later, PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ZULFIQUAR also attended the wreath laying ceremony at Naval Memorial Laboe Kiel.
During the visit, an impressive ceremony was held onboard the PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ZULFIQUAR to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of Diplomatic relations between both the friendly countries, PAKISTAN and Germany.
Earlier, the PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ZULFIQUAR participated in the Bilateral Naval Exercise with the Polish Navy Ship ORP KORMIRAN in the Baltic Sea.
The main aim of the exercise is to encompass the advanced Maritime Maneuvers, including the Force Protection Drills and the Maritime Interdiction Operations (MIO).
The commencement of the Naval Drills with Polish Navy will help to further augment the interoperability and naval engagement between the two friendly naval forces.

Earlier, PN ship participated in bilateral naval exercises with Polish Navy Ship in Baltic sea encompassing advanced maritime manoeuvre. The exercise was aimed to enhance interoperability & strengthen bilateral relations between the two navies. (3/3)

The recent visit of PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ZULFIQUAR to Germany and drills with Polish Navy will help to further strengthen the Bilateral Defense Collaboration between the Naval Forces of all countries, PAKISTAN, Germany and Poland.
