PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir Nishan-i-Imtiaz (MILITARY) visited the Operational Air Base of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE, the Guardians of the Sacred Skies of Beloved Peace Loving Sacred PAKISTAN, to Witness the Ongoing Multinational Strategic Air Warfare Exercise Indus Shield-C and Indus Shield-2024 on Thursday, 24th October 2024, PAK MILITARY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said in an Official Statement.

 

On arrival, the PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir Nishan-i-Imtiaz (MILITARY) and was Warmly Welcomed, Greeted and Received by the PAK AIR FORCE CHIEF (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Nishan-i-Imtiaz (MILITARY). Moreover, PAK NAVAL CHIEF (CNS) Admiral Naveed Ashraf Nishan-i-Imtiaz (MILITARY) was also presented on the Occasion.

According to the Details, PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir Nishan-i-Imtiaz (MILITARY) visited the Operational Air Base of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE, the Guardians of the Sacred Skies of Beloved Peace Loving Sacred PAKISTAN, to Witness the Ongoing Multinational Strategic Air Warfare Exercise Indus Shield-CHINESE and Indus Shield-2024 at the Operational Air Base of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE (PAF).

PAKISTAN AIR FORCE Strategic Air Warfare Exercise Indus Shield-C and Indus Shield-2024 is the biggest multinational exercise of the region that is witnessing participation from 24 esteemed Air Forces converging to foster interoperability and training through state-of-the-art facilities embodying the exercise motto; “Stronger When Together.”

PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir Nishan-i-Imtiaz (MILITARY) expressed his satisfaction over the combat readiness of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE, the Guardians of the Sacred Skies of Beloved Peace Loving Sacred Country PAKISTAN, and the progress made through various modernization and up-gradation programs.

Later, PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir Nishan-i-Imtiaz (MILITARY) witnessed exercise operations, static display of various niche and disruptive technologies where he was briefed on the modernization efforts of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE (PAF) to stay abreast with contemporary security challenges, which was later followed by an enthralling aerial display by PAF fighter jets.

PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir Nishan-i-Imtiaz (MILITARY) also interacted with the aircrew and appreciated the resolve of PAF personnel to safeguard the aerial frontiers of Beloved Peace Loving Sacred Country PAKISTAN.

PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir Nishan-i-Imtiaz (MILITARY) emphasized on the critical role of inter-service collaboration, which he believes is essential for achieving operational success.

While speaking at the Occasion, PAK AIR FORCE CHIEF (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Nishan-i-Imtiaz (MILITARY) highlighted that the ongoing exercise Indus Shield-2024 will go a long way in bolstering interoperability amongst the participating nations and will train their air & ground crews to face contemporary warfare challenges in the Modern Complex Hybrid Warfare Environment.
