PAKISTAN AIR FORCE Promotes Two Officers To The Rank Of Air Marshal:
PAKISTAN AIR FORCE has promoted two PAF officers to the rank of Air Marshal with immediate effect on Friday, July 30, 2021, PAKISTAN AIR FORCE Media Wing Head DGPR AIR FORCE said in an official statement.
According to the details released by the PAKISTAN AIR FORCE Media Wing Head, the DGPR AIR FORCE, PAKISTAN AIR FORCE has promoted two PAF Officers to the rank of Air Marshals.
The newly promoted PAKISTAN AIR FORCE (PAF) officers included Air Marshal Zulfiquar Ahmed Qureshi and Air Marshal Mughees Afzal.

Air Marshal Zulfiquar Ahmad Qureshi:
The newly promoted Air Marshal of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE, Air Marshal Zulfiquar Ahmad Qureshi got commissioned in GD (P) branch of the PAKISTAN AIR FORCE back in June 1988.
During his outstanding and remarkable career, he has commanded a Flying Wing and a fighter Squadron. He had also served as the Commandant College of Flying Training, PAF Academy Asghar Khan, Risalpur.
Furthermore, he has also rendered his services as the Commandant Air War College Institute Faisal. Currently, he is serving his responsibilities as the Deputy Chief of Air Staff (Training) at AIR Headquarters (AIR HQ), Islamabad.
In recognition of his Services to the Sacred Country PAKISTAN, Air Marshal Zulfiquar Ahmad Qureshi is decorated with the coveted Hilal i Imtiaz (Military).

Air Marshal Mughees Afzal:
Another newly promoted Air Marshal of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE or PAF, Air Marshal Mughees Afzal got commissioned in GD (P) branch of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE (PAF) back in December 1988.
Throughout his remarkable and outstanding career, he has commanded an Operational Air Base, a flying wing and a fighter Squadron.
In his major staff appointments, he has served as the Director General Security at AIR Headquarters (AIR HQ), Islamabad. He has also served as the Air Officer Commanding (AOC) at Western Air Command.
He has also rendered his services as Commandant Air War College Institute, Faisal. Presently, he is serving as Deputy Chief of the Air Staff (Training) at Air Headquarters, Islamabad. He is a recipient of Hilal-i-Imtiaz (Military).
