CHINESE General Xu Qiliang meets COAS General Bajwa at GHQ Discuss Kashmir Issue:
CHINA’s General Xu Qiliang, the Vice Chairman of Central Military Commission (CMC) visited General Headquarters (GHQ) Rawalpindi with a high-level delegation. The Chinese General had one on one meeting with the PAKISTAN Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa at GHQ Rawalpindi.

According to the PAKISTAN ARMY’s Media Wing Inter-Services Public Relations, the visited dignitary held one-on-one meeting with the CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa and it was followed by the delegation level talks between the two sides.

The Inter-Services Public Relation said, “During the meeting, matters of mutual interest, regional security, avenues to enhance bilateral defence collaboration, and particularly the situation in Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IoJ&K) were discussed.”
The Visiting Senior CHINESE General Said, “Greatly values its time-tested relations with Pakistan and its Army and is looking forward to further solidify this relation”.
Later, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by the two friendly sides to further enhance the military to military cooperation between the two friendly countries and capacity building of PAKISTAN ARMY was also included in the Memorandum.
Earlier, upon arrival at the Generals Headquarter, the CHINESE General Xu Qiliang laid a floral wreath at the Yaadgar-e-Shuhda a was presented a guard of honor by the smart contingent of PAKISTAN ARMY.
It is pertinent to mention that the CHINA Central Military Commission is Supreme Military Policy making body and its elected Chairman is the Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of China.
The recent visit of the Senior CHINESE Military Delegation clearly shows that CHINA has shown its complete support to PAKISTAN, PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES and its Brave and Valiant people, if the situation in indian occupied Kashmir escalates further.
It clearly means that CHINA has given PAKISTAN a clear green Signal that CHINA is and will always stand by PAKISTAN at any time of difficulty. Now, PAKISTAN can rely on its All-Weather Ally CHINA once again if the recent situation in indian occupied KASHMIR leads to the full-scale war between PAKISTAN and india.
