COAS General Bajwa Spend Eid With Troops Deployed In Khuiratta Sector Along The LOC:
CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited the Khuiratta Sector along the LOC and spend Eid with the PAKISTAN ARMY Soldiers deployed there, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Ifitkhar said in an official statement.
During the occasion, PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF General Qamar Javed Bajwa lauded the operational readiness and high morale of PAKISTAN ARMY SOLDIERS deployed along the Line of Control.
Speaking on the occasion, PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF General Qamar Javed Bajwa reiterated that Eid-Ul-Azha teaches us the true essence of unconditional sacrifice.

COAS said that No one can better understand the true spirit of sacrifice than a solider deployed along the frontlines and battling for his sacred country.
PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that PAKISTANI NATION and its ARMED FORCES will always standby with its Brave KASHMIRI Brethren and will continue to support for their right and just right of self-determination despite of all odds.
“We are aware of the enemy’s design to destabilize our Sacred Country and this Region, in whole. PAKISTAN ARMY is fully prepared and capable of thwarting any such covert or overt undertakings,” COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa said.
Earlier upon arrival at the Khuiratta Sector, COAS General Bajwa was warmly welcomed and received by the Corps Commander Rawalpindi Lieutenant General Azhar Abbass.
Later, PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF General Qamar Javed Bajwa also paid an important visit to the National Institute of Heart Diseases (NIHD) and the ARMED FORCES Institute of Cardiology (AFIC).

During the occasion, COAS General Bajwa also performed the earth breaking of NIHD Centre of Excellence in Prevention and Cardiovascular Research and Development (NEPCARD).
It would be a state of the art research center, where sophisticated research on heart related diseases will be performed along their preventive measures.
COAS visited troops deployed on frontlines along LOC in Khuiratta Sector. COAS spent time with troops on Eid day, commended their high morale, operational readiness & continuous vigil being maintained along the LOC. While lauding and acknowledging the precious sacrifices of PAKISTAN ARMY Medical Corps, COAS General Bajwa said that Both NIHD and AFIC are state of the art facility involved in providing the high cutting-edge medical treatment at both National and International Level.
COAS General Bajwa appreciated the contributions of healthcare workers, doctors and paramedic staff for their battle against the Covid-19 pandemic.
Earlier, upon arrival at AFIC and NIHD, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa warmly greeted and welcomed by the Lieutenant General Nigar Johar, Surgeon General PAKISTAN ARMY and Lieutenant General Muhammad Aamer, Adjutant General PAKISTAN ARMY.
