Oman SAF’s Lt Gen Ahmed calls on COAS General Bajwa at GHQ:

Lt Gen Ahmed bin Harith Al Nabhani, Chief of Staff of Oman Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF), called on CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Ahmed Bajwa on Tuesday 15th October, 2019 at General Headquarters, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Inter-Services Public Relations said in a statement.

During the meeting, both the Chiefs discussed the different regional matters of mutual interest. The visited Oman Sultan Ahmed Forces (SAF) General appreciates and lauded the role of PAKISTAN ARMY in fighting against terrorism.

Lt General Harith Al Nabhani also discussed about benefitting from the personal capabilities and gains of PAKISTAN ARMY in the war against terrorism.

The visited dignitary also lauded the efforts of PAKISTAN ARMY to maintain the enduring peace and stability in the region.

Earlier, Lt Gen Ahmed bin Harith Al Nabhani, chief of staff of Oman Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF) was presented a Guard of Honor by the Smart and active Contingent of PAKISTAN ARMY Soldiers.

Later, the Lt Gen Ahmed bin Harith Al Nabhani, chief of staff of Oman Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF) visited Yaadgar-E-Shuhda, where he laid a floral wreath and pay homage to the martyrs of this Great Land PAKISTAN.

Both the dignitaries discuss different ways of increasing the military to military and defense cooperation between the two countries.

Oman is a friendly country of PAKISTAN and both countries share friendly and brotherly relations based on mutual respect and interest. The recent visit of the Chief of Staff of Sultan Ahmed Forces (SAF) of Oman will help to further bolster the military cooperation between the two brotherly countries.
