PAKISTAN NAVY Fleet Annual Efficiency Competition Parade & Award Ceremony was held at the PAKISTAN NAVY Dockyard, Karachi on Thursday, December 31, 2020, PAKISTAN NAVY Media Wing Head DGPR NAVY Rear Admiral Arshid Javed said in an official statement on the official twitter account.
CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi graced the occasion as the Chief Guest of the ceremony.
Upon arrival at PAKISTAN NAVY Dockyard, Karachi, CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi was warmly greeted, welcomed and received by the COMMANDER PAKISTAN FLEET (COMPAK), Rear Admiral Naveed Ashraf.

Speaking on the occasion, CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi expressed deep satisfaction over the operational preparedness and combat readiness of PAKISTAN NAVY and PAKISTAN NAVAL FLEET and he highly commended the dedication, professionalism and resolve of Officers and Men of PAKISTAN NAVY for successfully achieving the milestones and operational objectives for safeguarding the Sacred Maritime Frontiers of PAKISTAN.

On the occasion, CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi highly appreciated the role, contributions and efforts of PAKISTAN NAVY in protecting the Sacred territorial Maritime Frontiers and the protection of vital sea Lines of Communication (SLOC) of Sacred Country PAKISTAN.
During the occasion, CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi reaffirmed the strong, resolve, dedication and commitment to ensure the safety and security of Gwadar Port, Exclusive Economic Zone (EEC), and other significant maritime projects related to Multi-billion CHINA PAKISTAN Economic Corridor or CPEC.

CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi reiterated the firm resolve and commitment that PAKISTAN NAVY, as a Premier Maritime Security Force of the Sacred Country PAKISTAN, is fully cognizant of the rapid regional geopolitical changes and stands committed to defend the Sacred Maritime Frontiers of the Sacred Country PAKISTAN.
CNS commended PN Fleets’ contribution in regional maritime security & protection of Pakistan’s SLOCs. Admiral highlighted PN’s endeavors to ensure seaward security of EEZ, Gwadar vis a vis CPEC. Later, CNS gave away Efficiency Award Shields to best performing PN units(2/2)

Later, CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi distributed the prizes and Efficiency Award Shields to the Best performing units of PAKISTN NAVY.
In his welcome address, the COMMANDER PAKISTAN FLEET (COMPAK), Rear Admiral Naveed Ashraf highlighted the significance of PAKISTAN NAVAL FLEET activities undertaken by the different Combat Units of PAKISTAN NAVY during the year of 2020.

COMPAK Rear Admiral Naveed Ashraf underlines the significance of encompassing the multi-dimensional events related to the combat readiness and the battle preparedness of PAKISTAN NAVY and PAKISTAN NAVAL FLEET, including the conduct of Live Test Firing of State of the Art and Lethal Missiles, Regional Maritime Security Patrols (RMSP), Major Maritime Exercises SEASPARK 20 and the Overseas Deployments.
The ceremony was attended by the largest number of Officers and Men of PAKISTAN NAVY and people from other walk of life.
