COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa Witnesses The Culmination Of Corps Level Exercise In Kharian:

PAK ARMY CHIEF, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa witnessed the culmination phase of the PAKISTAN ARMY Corps Level Exercise being conducted in Kharian on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement. 

According to the details, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa visits the culmination phase of the Corps Level Exercise aimed at validating the operational concepts as a sequel to PAKISTAN ARMY war games.

The Corps Level exercise also included the demonstration of VT-4 Third Generation Main Battle Tank, which PAKISTAN acquires from its Iron Brother CHINA.

“General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chief OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) witnessed a Corps level exercise at Kharian today. COAS witnessed culmination phase of the exercise aimed at validating operational concepts as a sequel to ARMY War Games,” DG ISPR said.

During the exercise, PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF General Qamar Javed Bajwa expressed deep satisfaction of the newly inducted VT-4 3rd Gen Main Battle Tanks that are equipped with the sophisticated technology and hi-tech weapons systems.

The Corps level Exercise aimed at enhancing the combat preparedness and operational readiness of PAKISTAN ARMY formations by adopting various Offensive and Defensive strategies.

“COAS expressed his complete satisfaction on the performance of newly inducted CHINESE VT-4 tanks equipped with sophisticated technology and latest weapon system coupled with enhanced mobility,” DG ISPR added.

While speaking on the occasion, PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa stressed the need for realistic training in the peace time to meet any security challenge pose to the Sacred Country PAKISTAN.

“Continued practice of operational drills is imperative for effective response to wide ranging threats,” DG ISRP quoted COAS General Bajwa.

Earlier, on arrival at Kharian, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa was warmly received, welcomed and greeted by the Commander I Corps Lieutenant General Shaheen Mazher Mahmood.
