CHINA Dispatches Troops And Aircraft To PAKISTAN For 9th Edition Of Shaheen-IX Joint Air Exercise:
PAKISTAN’s Iron Brother and All Weather Strategic Ally, CHINA have dispatches the Troops, Equipment and Aircraft to PAKISTAN for the 9th Edition of PAKISTAN CHINA Shaheen-IX or Eagle-IX Joint Air Exercise.
According to the details released by the CHINESE Defense Ministry, a batch of PEOPLE’S LIBERATION ARMY AIR FORCE (PLAAF) left for PAKISTAN AIR FORCE BASE in Bholari, Thatta District near Karachi in Sindh with State of the Art Aircraft and Equipment in order to participate in the upcoming edition of the Shaheen-IX Bilateral Air Drills.
The CHINESE Defense Ministry further added that the Ninth Edition of Shaheen (Eagle)-IX Joint Air Exercise will be held as per the schedule despite the epidemic situation.
“Shaheen (Eagle)-IX profound friendship between CHINA and PAKISTAN is conducive to improving the comprehensive combat capabilities of the two militaries”, CHINESE Media outlet Global Times said.
It is pertinent to mention that CHINESE Ministry of Defense did not disclose the type of Aircraft dispatched to the Brotherly Country PAKISTAN for the upcoming edition of Shaheen-IX Exercise.
The Shaheen (Eagle)-IX will continue until the end of the December 2020. The Shaheen (Eagle)-IX Joint Air Exercise are amongst one of the project of CHINA-PAKISTAN 2020 Military Cooperation Plan.
The Ninth Edition of the Shaheen-IX Joint Air Exercise will play a positive role in strengthening and enhancing the Bilateral Military to Military relations and Defense Ties between the AIR FORCES of both the Brotherly Countries.
Moreover, the commencement of Shaheen-IX Joint Air Drills will also help to improve the scope and level of actual combat exercise between the AIR FORCES of both the Brotherly Countries.
It is pertinent to mention that Shaheen (Eagle)-IX Joint Air Exercise is the Ninth Edition of the Bilateral Joint Air Drills. The first Edition of Eagle (Shaheen)-IX Joint Air Exercise began in March 2011 in PAKISTAN. The last Eight Edition of the Shaeen (Eagle)-IX Joint Air Exercise were held in Northwest CHINA back in August 2019.
It is for the very first time, that both the Brotherly AIR FORCES used nearly 50 Types of State of the Art Fighter Aircraft and they also first introduced the whole process of system confrontation in the joint Air Drills.
Since 2011, the Shaheen or Eagle Joint Air Exercise was not sopped once and held alternatively in PAKISTAN and CHINA each year.
It is pertinent to mention that the CHINESE Minister of Defense and State Councilor Wei Fenghe also visited PAKISTAN about a week ago.
During the visit, the both Iron Brothers PAKISTAN and CHINA signed the much needed Defense Pact to further enhance the military to military cooperation and bilateral defense ties between the ARMED FORCES of both the Brotherly Countries.
During the high profile, CHINESE Defense Minister Wei Fenghe held one on one important meetings with COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa, CJCSC General Nadeem Raza and PM of PAKISTAN.
CHINESE State Councilor and Defense Minister Wei Fenghe said during the visit to Brotherly Country PAKISTAN that CHINA is willing to enhance and strengthen the strategic coordination, strategic communication and strategic mutual interest.
He also said that CHINA is also willing to take the PAKISTAN CHINA Military to Military Relations to the next level that would significantly help to safeguard the Sacred Sovereignty and Security Interests of the Two Brotherly Countries.
PAKISTAN and CHINA are All Weather Iron Brother and Important Strategic Defense Partners. Both CHINA and PAKISTAN are engaged with Strategic Military Cooperation. One of the biggest manifesto of PAKISTAN CHINA Evergreen Friendship JF-17 Thunder Aircraft, which is produced jointly by the PAKISTAN and CHINA.
