PAKISTAN AIR FORCE has appointed Air Marshal Zahid Mahmood HI (M) as the New Vice Chief of the Air Staff of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE with immediate effect on Monday, March 21, 2022, PAKISTAN AIR FORCE Media Wing Head DGPR AIR FORCE Air Vice Marshal Tariq Zia said in an official statement.
According to the details, Air Marshal Zahid Mahmood Hilal-i-Imtiaz (Military) has been appointed as the new Vice Chief of the Air Staff of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE with immediate effect.

The newly appointed Vice Chief of the Air Staff Air Marshal Zahid Mahmood HI (M) got commissioned in the GD (P) Branch of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE back in April, 1987.
He is a graduate of Combat Commander’s School and National Defense University Islamabad. Moreover, the newly appointed Vice Chief of the Air Staff Air Marshal Zahid Mahmood HI (M) is also a graduate of Air Command & Staff Course, USA.
The newly appointed Vice Chief of the Air Staff Air Marshal Zahid Mahmood HI (M) enjoyed the distinguished and illustrious career in the PAKISTAN AIR FORCE.
In his major Command Appointments, the newly appointed Vice Chief of the Air Staff Air Marshal Zahid Mahmood HI (M) commanded the Operation Air Base of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE and he also commanded the Combat Commander’s School.
