COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa Directs PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES To Take All Possible Measures For Floor Relief Operations In Balochistan:
PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa has directed the PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES to take all Possible Measures to provide immediate assistance to the provincial Government of Balochistan that is reeling under the devastation caused by the record floodings, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an Official statement.
During a phone call with the newly appointed Corps Commander Quetta Lieutenant General Asif Ghafoor, the CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa has directed the Corps Commander Quetta Lieutenant General Asif Ghafoor to immediately assist in the “rescue, relief and rehabilitation efforts” on an emergency basis in coordination with the civil administration.

“Unprecedented rains have caused devastation to human life and communication infrastructure, especially in Balochistan,” DG ISPR said.
PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa added that PAKISTAN ARMY, the custodians of the Sacred Country PAKISTAN, is standing with the Flood Affected People in this difficult time and “shall undertake this assistance effort as a national obligation”.
PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES has also started the massive Flood Relief Operation in the flood affected areas of Balochistan and Southern Punjab.
According to the INTER-SERVICES PUBLIC RELATIONS (ISPR), the PAKISTAN ARMY Troops provide are providing relief activities in Different parts of Sacred Country PAKISTAN, including the Naseerabad, Rajanpur, Dera Ghazi Khan and Lasbela.
PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES are assisting in transporting victims and their belongings to safer places.
The Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan also deployed the speed boats in the flood-affected areas to reach the stranded people, who have been trapped by the heavy rainfall.
“PAKISTAN ARMY medical teams are providing medical care to affected people,” the military’s media wing added.
PAKISTAN AIR FORCE also carried out the massive Relief and Rescue operations in the Flood-affected areas of Balochistan and Southern Punjab.
