COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa Expresses Deep Sorrow and Grief Over The Sad Demise Of Former CNS Admiral Karamat Rahman Niazi:
CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa has condoled the Sad Demise of Former PAKISTAN NAVAL CHIEF, CNS Admiral Karamat Rahman Niazi, who passed away in Islamabad on Tuesday, May 4, 2021, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement.
According to the details released by the PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa expressed heartfelt Condolences on the Sad Demise of Former PAKISTAN NAVY CHIEF Admiral Karamat Rahman Niazi.
“General Qamar Javed Bajwa, #COAS, expresses heartfelt condolences on the sad demise of former CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Karamat Rahman Niazi (retired). “May ALLAH Bless His soul & give strength to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss, Ameen”, COAS,” DG ISPR quoted COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa.
PAKISTAN NAVY CHIEF Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi also expressed deep sorrow and grief at the Sad Demise of Former CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Karamat Rahman Niazi and he paid rich and glorious tribute to the Sacred Departed Soul of the Sacred Country PAKISTAN.

It is pertinent to mention that the Former CNS Admiral Karamat Rahman Niazi was a retired Four Star Admiral, who led the Command of PAKISTAN NAVY up to four years from 1979 – 1983.

Former CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Karamat Rahman Niazi earned huge name worldwide for being the Commanding Officer of PAKISTAN NAVY’s first Submarine named as PNS GHAZI.
He also participated in the 1965 and 1972 PAKISTAN-india war and make his Sacred Country Proud with his remarkable achievements.
He got Commission in PAKISTAN NAVY as a Midshipman in 1948 in Operations Branch and completed his initial training at the Britannia Royal Naval College in Dartmouth in the UK. He is also a graduate at the National Defense College.
It is pertinent to mention that soon after the retirement, Admiral Karamat Rahman Niazi lived a very quiet life and did not seek public office. Instead, he spend his rest of life on Preaching ISLAM till his last breath.
