COAS Hails PAKISTAN ARMY AND PLA As Key Components Of PAKISTAN-CHINA Friendship On PLA’s 93rd Founding Anniversary:
PAKISTAN warmly celebrates the 93rd Founding Anniversary of its Iron Brother Country CHINA’a PEOPLE’s LIBERATION ARMY (PLA). Major General Chen Wenrong, Defense Attaché, Embassy of People Republic of CHINA in PAKISTAN visited ISPR along with the high-level delegation in connection with celebrations of 93rd Founding Anniversary of CHINESE PEOPLE’s LIBERATION ARMY (PLA), DG ISPR said in an official statement.
Earlier upon arrival at the Headquarter of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar warmly welcomed, greeted and received the CHINESE PLA delegation on the behalf of COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa.
CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa felicitated PLA on the momentous occasion of its 93rd Anniversary.
DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar conveyed sincerest compliments from PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF and all Ranks of PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES to the ranks of PLA.
“PAKISTAN ARMY & PLA are the key components of PAK-CHINA strategic relations & we are proud to be brothers in arms” COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa said during the occasion.

During the visit, an exhibition depicting the glorious history of Brotherly and Cordial relations between the two Iron Brother Countries was displayed.
Speaking on the occasion, Major General Chen Wenrong said that the military relations between Iron Brother PAKISTAN and CHINA have deepened and strengthened over the years. He added that CHINA-PAKISTAN Friendship is time tested and All-Weather Friendship.
Major General Chen Wenrong said that both the brotherly and friendly country have forged the strategic partnership and CHINA highly values its relations with PAKISTAN in every field of life, including Defense.
Major General Chen Wenrong also appreciates the efforts made by the PAKISTAN to contain the Covid-19 pandemic. Major General Chen Wenrong reiterated that CHINA-PAKISTAN Friendship will always remain evergreen.
On the occasion, H.E the Mr. Yao Jing, Ambassador to PAKISTAN also sent congratulatory message on the founding anniversary of PLA.
H.E Mr. Yao Jing highlighted that PAKISTAN-CHINA Military relations are an important aspect of all-weather strategic ties between the two Brotherly countries.
He added that CHINA highly valued its relation with its Brother PAKISTAN and CHINA looks forward to further enhance and expand the military cooperation with PAKISTAN to consolidate the bilateral relations, which will also help to maintain the regional peace and stability.
