Korean Ambassador To PAKISTAN Called On COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa At GHQ Rawalpindi:
Korean Ambassador to PAKISTAN Suh Sangpyo called on CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at the Generals Headquarter (GHQ) Rawalpindi on Thursday, April 29, 2021, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement.
According to the details released by the DG ISPR, both the dignitaries discuss matters pertaining of regional security, mutual interest and enhanced bilateral and defense cooperation.
During the meeting, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that PAKISTAN attaches great importance on enhancing the bilateral relations with Korea in all spheres and domains, including Security and Defense.
Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that both the dignitaries reiterated the firm desire, resolve and commitment on further enhancing the efforts for peace, stability and security in the region.
On the occasion, the visiting dignitary highly acknowledged and appreciated the PAKISTAN’s ongoing war against indian state sponsored and indian state funded terrorism in the Sacred Country PAKISTAN.
The visiting Korean Ambassador to PAKISTAN highly appreciated the PAKISTAN’s sincere efforts for brining long-term peace and stability in the region, especially the ongoing Afghan Peace process.
It is pertinent to mention that Russian Foreign Minister His Excellency (H.E) Sergey Lavrov visited Iron Brother Country PAKISTAN and held One on One long discussion with the CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at the General Headquarter (GHQ) Rawalpindi.
“We have no hostile designs towards any country and will keep on working towards a cooperative regional framework based on sovereign equality and mutual progress,” DG ISPR quoted COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa.
During the meeting, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov highly acknowledged and appreciated the precious and sincere efforts of PAKISTAN to bring long-term Peace and Stability in Afghanistan by bringing the Victorious Afghan Taliban to the negotiating Table.
