Russia Acknowledges PAKISTAN’s Sincere And Unbiased Efforts For Afghan Peace Process:
Russian Ambassador to PAKISTAN H.E Mr. Danila V. Ganich discuss the ongoing developments of the PAKISTAN-Triggered Afghan Peace Process with CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at Generals Headquarter (GHQ) Rawalpindi on Thursday, May 27, 2021, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement.
According to the details released by the PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR, Russia Ambassador to PAKISTAN H.E Mr. Danila V. Ganich visited GHQ Rawalpindi and held One on One important meeting with the PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa.
During the meeting, both the dignitaries discuss different matters pertaining mutual interest, recent regional security situation and the ongoing developments of the PAKISTAN-Triggered and PAKISTAN Brokered Afghan Peace Process.
“During the meeting matters of mutual interest, regional security situation, enhanced bilateral & defense cooperation and Afghan Peace Process were discussed,” DG ISPR said.
The visiting dignitary and PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa also discusses the various ways of further enhancing the Bilateral Defense Cooperation and Collaboration between Two Iron Brothers, PAKISTAN and Russia.
On the occasion, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa categorically made it clear that Afghanistan is a common goal. Both Countries, PAKISTAN and Russia, reiterated the mutual efforts of achieving this goal.
PAK ARMY CHIEF, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa also said that PAKISTAN highly regards its relations with Russia and hoped for the further strengthening the Bilateral Military relations between the Two Iron Brother Countries.
On the occasion, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa highly appreciated and lauded the recent successful visit of Russian Foreign Minister H.E Mr. Sergey Lavrov to the Friendly Country PAKISTAN.
“COAS said that Peace in Afghanistan is a common goal. Both reiterated mutual efforts towards achieving the goal. He also said that PAKISTAN values its relations with Russia and hoped for furthering military to military relations between the two countries,” DG ISPR quoted COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa.
COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa hoped that both Iron Brother Countries would further develop diplomatic relations at a higher level in future.
“The Russian Ambassador appreciated PAKISTAN’s sincere efforts for bringing peace and stability in the region, especially the Afghan Peace Process. Both reiterated the commitment to enhance PAK-Russia bilateral relationship, DG ISPR added.
The visiting Russian Ambassador to PAKISTAN H.E Mr. Danila V. Ganich highly appreciated and lauded the Unbiased and Sincere efforts of PAKISTAN for bringing the eternal peace and stability in the region in context with the ongoing Afghan Peace Process.
