Snipers Of ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN And Russian Federation Shares Professional Secrets At DRUZHBA-V 2020 International Exercise:
The fifth edition of the DRUZHBA-V Joint Friendship Drills between the Special Forces Operators of ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN and Russian Federation continues with full enthusiasm, professionalism and dedication in Tarbela, PAKISTAN. In the DRUZHBA-V Exercise, the Snipers from ARMED FORCES of ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN and Russian Federation shares professional military secrets with each other during the friendship drills.
According to the details, Snipers from PAKISTAN ARMY’s Special Services Group (SSG) and Special Unit of the 49th Combined-Army Army of the Southern Military District of the Russian Federation.
The special forces operators from both ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN and Russian Federation also destroyed a mock enemy in difficult forested and mountainous terrains.
The Special Forces Operators of both ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN and Russian Federation operate in part of mixed reconnaissance groups and they performed special camouflage exercises and covert movement by using the service and improvised means.
The Snipers of both ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN and Russian Federation also paid a special focus and attention for the selection of equipment and positions during the exercise. They also share professional sniping secrets with each other, including the use of various aiming and observation devices.
The pair of Snipers destroys different mock up targets using special covert movement and techniques.
The Snipers of both ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN and Russian Federation also conduct different techniques, methods and procedures during Sniping, including the classifying of Tier-1, Tier-2 and Tier-3 Targets, Enemy Reconnaissance and determining the total distance.
During the Sniping Drills, the Snipers of both ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN and Russian Federation also share valuable experience in the adjustment, configuration of aiming, observation devices and telescopic sights from different types of Sniper Rifles being in service with PAKISTAN ARMY, including M24 and Remington Sniper Rifles.
The Snipers also fire weapons from the Sniper Rifles and destroyed the manpower of the mock enemy at a distance of 100 – 600 meters.
The special method and procedures between the joint training of Snipers takes place within the framework and Scope of PAKISTAN-Russian Joint Friendship Drills, DRUZHBA-V 2020.
It is pertinent to mention that it is the very first time in the history that the Special Forces Operators of Russian Federation perform combat drill tasks by using the Weapons and communication equipment being used by PAKISTAN ARMY.
PAKISTAN And Russian Special Forces Operators Together During DRUZHBA-V 2020 Joint Exercise
The Fifth Edition of the DRUZHBA-V 2020 Joint Friendship Drills being conducted at the Special Operations Forces training facility in the City of Tarbela. The drills are also conducted at the base of the National Counter-Terrorism Center (NCTC) at Pabbi in ISLAMIC REPBLIC OF PAKISTAN.
The DRUZHBA Joint Friendship drills have started back in 2016, in which the Special Forces Operators of the Russian Federation take part in Special Purpose Units of Southern Military District (SMD) and Motorized Rifle Units stationed in Karachay-Cherkess and Stavropol.
The main purpose of the DRUZHBA-V 2020 Joint Friendship Drills is to further strengthen and augment the bilateral military cooperation between the ARMED FORCES of ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN and Russian Federation.
The DRUZHBA-V 2020 Joint Friendship Drills will last till November 19 of this month.
