CJCSC General Nadeem Raza Witnesses Maritime Counter Terrorism Drills As Part Of 7th AMAN-21 Multinational Naval Exercise:
CHAIRMAN JOINT CHIEF OF STAFF COMMITTEE (CJCSC) General Nadeem Raza witnessed the conduct of Maritime Counter Terrorism demonstration as part of ongoing 7th AMAN-21 Multinational Naval Exercise held at PNS Qasim, Manora on Sunday February 14th, 2021, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DGISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement on the official Twitter account.
CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi also accompanied the CHAIRMAN JOINT CHIEF OF STAFF COMMITTEE (CJCSC) General Nadeem Raza on the occasion.
While addressing the participants of the 7th AMAN-21 Multinational Naval Exercise being conducted under the slogan of “Together for Peace”, CJCSC General Nadeem Raza highly lauded and commended their professionalism and technical expertise.

During the occasion, CHAIRMAN JOINT CHIEF OF STAFF COMMITTEE (CJCSC) General Nadeem Raza has underlined that the ongoing AMAN-21 Naval Exercise will help to promote regional peace, cooperation and stability between participants.
“CJCSC said the exercise would promote regional cooperation & stability, greater interoperability, and a united resolve against terrorism and crimes in the maritime domain,” DGISPR added in the statement.
CJCSC General Nadeem Raza added that the 7th AMAN-21 Naval Drills will also help to enhance the interoperability and united resolve against crimes and terrorism in the Maritime domain.
CJCSC General Nadeem Raza also underlined that PAKISTAN is clearly demonstrating its resolve and commitment to forge shared global cooperation and peaceful co-existence between different participants of the exercise.
The Special Operation Forces of the participant countries presents different specialized skills, including Advance Fire Arm Skills, Fast Boat Recover, Dolphin Maneuvers, Clearance Operation, Static Line Para Jumps, Free Fall Jumps, Bomb Burst By Helicopters, Insertion of SOF Teams & the Marines Platoon to Hover Craft, amongst others are part of the extraordinary skills presented by the SOF teams.

CHAIRMAN JOINT CHIEF OF STAFF COMMITTEE (CJCSC) General Nadeem Raza also added that all the efforts made by PAKISTAN for the inauguration of strategically important seventh AMAN-21 Naval Exercise is in line with our vision and approach for regional peace and stability.
“CJCSC also emphasized that PAKISTAN is demonstrating its commitment to forge peaceful co-existence & shared global cooperation. AMAN 2021 successfully exhibits efforts made by PAKISTAN in line with our vision for regional peace and stability,” DGISPR added.

The Special Operation Forces of the different participant countries displayed their exceptional and specialized skills to counter acts of terrorism and crimes in the maritime domain.
The drills also focus on enhancing and exchanging the interoperability and professional expertise with all the participant Special Operation Forces (SOFs).

A total of 45 International Naval Forces are participating in the exercise with along with dozens of observers.
On the occasion, the Military Bands from Tri-ARMED FORCES OF PAKISTAN, Coast Guard, Sindh Rangers and Sri Lanka played traditional military and traditional tunes. PAKISTAN MARINES also displayed the Enthralling Rifle Drills and performs unmatched expert maneuvers and performance of spins.
CJCSC lauded professionalism of participants & appreciated efforts of PN in conducting Ex AMAN 21 in befitting manner. He underlined that Ex would promote maritime cooperation, greater interoperability & united resolve against terrorism & crimes in maritime domain.(2/2)

All the participants highly appreciated and commended the demonstration of different musical bands on the occasion.
A large number of foreign diplomats, observers, military personnel from different Naval Forces and Senior Officials from the ARMED FORCES OF PAKISTAN also witnessed the Display of International Bands and maritime counter terrorism drills.
