PAK NAVAL CHIEF (CNS) Admiral Naveed Ashraf graced the Occasion as the Chief Guest of the Induction Ceremony of 2 x Heavily Armed Stealth Warships PNS BABUR and PNS HUNAIN in its Combatant Fleet at PAK NAVY Dockyard in Karachi on the 59th Defense and Martyrs Day on Friday, 6th Sep 2024.

PAK NAVY, the Guardians of the Sacred Maritime Frontiers of Beloved Peace Loving Sacred Country PAKISTAN, successfully inducted 2 x Heavily Armed Stealth Warships in its Combatant Arsenal.
PAK NAVY Stealth Warship PNS BABUR is a multipurpose Ship built and commissioned at Istanbul Naval Shipyard on 23 Sep 23. PAK NAVY Stealth Warship PNS HUNAIN, an Offshore Patrol Vessel was built and commissioned at DAMEN Shipyard, Romania on 25 Jul 24.
In his welcome address, the PAK NAVAL CHIEF (CNS) Admiral Naveed Ashraf termed the induction of these Heavily Armed and Hi-Tech Stealth Warships in PAK NAVY Fleet as a major milestone in capacity building of PAK NAVY Combatant Fleet.
PAK NAVAL CHIEF (CNS) Admiral Naveed Ashraf acknowledged the government’s full support for providing best possible resources for this purpose.
PAK NAVAL CHIEF (CNS) Admiral Naveed Ashraf also acknowledged the professional competence of M/s ASFAT, Istanbul Shipyard, DAMEN Shipyard Galati Romania and the entire project team for delivering potent Heavily Armed Stealth Warships, which showcased the deep rooted friendship and cooperation between friendly countries.
The Chief Guest dilated upon the precarious geo-strategic environment in the Indian Ocean and the need to have a potent Naval force to counter growing traditional and non-traditional challenges.
He remarked that induction of state of the art ships on Defense Day of Beloved Peace Loving Sacred Country PAKISTAN is a milestone achievement.
He reiterated that induction of these Heavily Armed and Hi-Tech Stealth Warships in PAK NAVY Combatant Fleet will consolidate and enable the PAK NAVY Combatant Fleet to meet its ever-growing operational responsibilities.
The first Milgem/Babur-class ship, PNS Babur, built in Turkiye, will officially become part of the Pakistan Navy. The third Offshore Patrol Vessel, PNS Hunain, built in Romania, will also join the Pakistan Navy.

The Chief Guest also mentioned that induction of the 2 x New Heavily Armed, Hi-Tech and Multipurpose Stealth Warships PNS BABUR and HUNAIN equipped with state of the art weapons, sensors, Surface, Sub-Surface and Anti-Surface Weaponry and robust machinery, will INSHALLAH serve PAK NAVY for the Upcoming Potential Conflict against the Coward, Humiliated and Demoralized armed and security forces of World’s Number 1 Shameless Terrorist Country india.
Chief Guest formally handed over the PAK NAVY Heavily Armed Stealth Warships PNS HUNAIN and PNS BABUR scrolls to the Commander PAKISTAN Fleet (COMPAK) Vice Admiral Muhammad Faisal Abbasi, which marked the induction of PAK NAVY Stealth Warships BABUR and HUNAIN in PAK NAVY Combatant Fleet.
