PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ALAMGIR Establishes Free Medical Camp At Lagos Port During Goodwill Gesture Visit To Nigeria:

PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ALAMGIR established free medical camp in the Lagos Port during a goodwill gesture visit to the Brotherly Country Nigeria on Monday, December 20, 2021, PAKISTAN NAVY Media Wing Head DGPR NAVY Rear Admiral Naeem Sarwar said in an official statement. 

According to the details, PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ALAMGIR visits Lagos Port in Nigeria and established the free medical camp as part of Goodwill Gesture from the People of PAKISTAN to the Brotherly People of Nigeria.

Upon arrival at Lagos Port, the PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ALAMGIR was escorted by the Nigerian Navy.

Top Senior Officials from the Nigerian Navy and the High Commissioner of PAKISTAN at Nigeria warmly greeted, received and welcomed the visiting PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ALAMGIR.

During the port visit, the Mission Commander of PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ALAMGIR along with the Commanding Officer held important One on One meeting with the Western Naval Commander of the Nigerian Navy.

During the interactions, the dignitaries discussed various matters of professional and mutual interest and the further enhancement of Bilateral Ties in all domains between both the Brotherly ISLAMIC Countries, PAKISTAN and Nigeria.

On the occasion, the Mission Commander of PAKISTAN NAVY visiting Ship PNS ALAMGIR conveyed the best wishes of the CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi for the Brotherly people of Nigeria in general and Nigerian Navy in particular.

The Mission Commander of PAKISTAN NAVY Visiting Warship PNS ALAMGIR also extended his gratitude for the whole-hearted support and hospitality provided by the Nigerian Authorities during their stay in Nigeria.

As a goodwill gesture, PAKISTAN NAVY established the free medical camp at the Lagos Port in Nigeria. During the free medical camp, a specialized team comprised of PAKISTAN NAVY Doctors and Paramedics provided free treatment and medications to over 2,500 local Nigerian Patients.

On the occasion, the Director General Surgeon Rear Admiral Qamar-ul-Haq Noor also visited the medical camp. The step of establishing the free medical camp was widely appreciated by the local populace and they lauded praise for the Sacred Country PAKISTAN.

Upon completion of the visit, the visiting PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ALAMGIR conduct the Bilateral Passage Exercise (PASSEX) with the Nigerian Navy to enhance the interoperability and to strengthen the military-to-military relationship between both the Brotherly countries, PAKISTAN and Nigeria.
