PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ALAMGIR Visits Berenice Port Of Egypt:
PAKISTAN NAVY Ship PNS ALAMGIR visited the Berenice Port of Egypt on Thursday, October 28, 2021, PAKISTAN NAVY Media Wing Head DGPR NAVY Rear Admiral Naeem Sarwar said in an official statement.
According to the details released by the PAKISTAN NAVY Media Wing Head, PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ALAMGIR visited the Berenice Port of Egypt. Upon arrival, Defense Attaché of PAKISTAN to Egypt and Berenice Base Commander welcomed the visiting ships.
During the stay at the Egyptian Berenice Port, the mission commander of PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ALAMGIR Commodore Azhar Mahmood and Commanding Officer Captain Bilal Ahmad Sana meets with the Berenice Base Commander Brigadier General Waleed Attiya.
During the interactions, both the dignitaries discussed matters pertaining to mutual and professional interest. The dignitary acknowledge the contributions of PAKISTAN NAVY for regional maritime peace and security.
During the visit, the mission commander of PAKISTAN NAVY visiting Warship PNS ALAMGIR conveyed the well wishes of CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi to the people of Egypt in general and the Egyptian Navy in particular.
During the stay, the Commander of Berenice Naval Base also visited the PNS ALAMGIR along with the Egyptian Navy Southern Fleet Officials.
PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ALAMGIR also participated in the Focused Operation MARE LIBERUYM for the counter-piracy operations with eight other Naval Forces under the Combined Task Force-151 or CTF-151.
On completion of port visits, the PAKISTAN NAVY Warship PNS ALAMGIR participated in the Passage Exercise (PASSEX) with Egyptian Navy Ship ALEXANDRIA and Japanese Navy Ship YUUGIRI in Gulf of Aden.
These Naval Exercises aimed to further enhance the professionalism and interoperability between the Naval Forces.
The Southern Fleet Cdr of Egyptian Navy visited PNS ALAMGIR. PNS ALAMGIR also participated in bilateral naval drills with Japanese & Egyptian navies beside participated in multinational anti-piracy ops “Meri Labrim” under CTF 151. (2/2)

PAKISTAN NAVY regularly participated in the multinational focused operations and bilateral naval exercises with other Navies as a firm commitment towards collaborative maritime security and diplomacy.
