The Punjab Referendum Commission or PRC was appointed by the US-based Khalistani Freedom Fighter group named as Sikhs for Justice (SFJ), which earlier announced to hold the non-binding referendum for the creation and independence of the separate Khalistani country from the fragile indian union.
The Punjab Referendum Commission (PRC) also consists of the “non-aligned direct democracy experts” to have their say whether indian Punjab should be independent from the rest of the fragile indian union.
The Punjab Independence Referendum, which held in London is also scheduled to hold in other countries of the world, including the region of indian Punjab, Australia, Canada and the United States.
The Chairman of the Punjab Referendum Commission Mr. M Dane Waters, who is a political strategist by profession, clarified that the main role of the Punjab Referendum Commission or PRC is to “help the SFJ conduct a referendum that is as consistent with international norms as possible”.
He also added that although the Sunday Referendum is a non-binding and non-governmental one, ‘the result will be used as the basis for the Sikh community to request an official binding vote from the United Nations on establishing the Indian governed region of Punjab as an independent homeland for the indigenous people of whom Sikhs are the single largest group’.

The renowned Politicians George Gallaway and the Caroline Lucas of the Green Party of England and Wales have also register their support for the just and rightful cause for the Brave Sikh people.
