3rd International Physical Agility and Combat Efficiency System Competition 2021 Kicks Off At Lahore:

The 3rd Edition of Physical Agility and Combat Efficiency System (PACES) Competition 2021 Kicks Off in a prestigious and a graceful ceremony at Fortress Stadium in Lahore on Monday, November 1st, 2021, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement.

According to the details released by the PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head, a total of 9 foreign teams have arrived in PAKISTAN to attend the 3rd edition of the International PACES competition being organized by PAKISTAN ARMY in Lahore.

The International PACES Competition is one of the toughest competition that test the endurance and physical strength of participants to their fullest.

“PACES is a real test of physical strength and endurance of the participants. Being one of the toughest competitions for international and national army teams the event is regarded as a true reflection of the physical standards and endurance of the soldiers,” DG ISPR said.

A total of 101 players from 9 Allied countries, including Palestine, Iraq, Sri Lanka, Jordan, Uzbekistan and UAE are participating in the tournament. While, the foreign teams from Indonesia, Japan, Egypt and Myanmar are participating as the observers.

The prestigious and graceful ceremony was attended by the large number of audience from all walks of life.

It is pertinent to mention that PACES is an Internationally recognized Military drills that are regarded as one of the toughest military drills that stretches the physical endurance and the limit of the participant to its fullest.

“Organizing a mega event like PACES competition with a large number of international players participating, signifies / reinforces PAKISTAN’s stance of being a sports friendly, peace loving and hospitable nation. PAKISTAN enjoys a respectable and trustworthy relationship with her friends and partners,” DG ISPR added in the statement.

PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said that by organizing the mega events like International PACES Competition, PAKISTAN portrays its true image worldwide and the hospitable, peace loving sports friendly nation.
