Ambassador of Spain To PAKISTAN Held One On One High-Profile Meeting With CAS Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar At AIR HQ Islamabad:
Ambassador of Spain H. E. Mr. Manuel Duran Gimenez-Rico held One on One high-profile and important meeting with CHIEF OF AIR STAFF (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar at AIR HQ Islamabad on Monday, June 20, 2022, PAKISTAN AIR FORCE Media Wing Head DGPR AIR FORCE Air Vice Marshal Tariq Zia said in an official statement.
According to the details, Ambassador of Spain His Excellency Mr. Manuel Duran Gimenez-Rico visits AIR HQ Islamabad and held important meeting with PAK AIR CHIEF (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar in his office.
During the meeting, both the dignitaries discussed various matters pertaining to ‘Mutual and Professional Interest’, including the recent regional security situation.
On the occasion, the Ambassador of Spain to PAKISTAN H.E Mr. Manuel Duran Gimenez-Rico highly appreciated the distinctive performance made by the PAKISTAN AIR FORCE for the past years, by adopting the policy of indigenization.
“The AIR CHIEF highlighted that both countries enjoy cordial relations and reiterated his resolve to further enhance the existing bilateral cooperation between the air forces of the two countries,” DGPR AIR FORCE continued.
“The visiting dignitary appreciated the professionalism of PAF personnel and the exceptional progress made by PAF over the years, especially through indigenization,” DGPR AIR FORCE said in an official statement.
CHIEF OF AIR STAFF (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar highlighted that both Friendly Countries, PAKISTAN and Spain, enjoy cordial and brotherly relations in different domains, including Defense and Security.
Various matters of mutual interest and professional cooperation also came under discussion during the meeting.

PAK AIR CHIEF (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar reiterated his firm and unshakable resolve to further enhance the bilateral cooperation and collaboration between the ARMED, NAVAL and AIR FORCES of both the friendly countries, PAKISTAN and Spain.
It is highly expected that the recent high-profile visit of the Spanish Ambassador to PAKISTAN will significantly help to further augment the Bilateral Defense and Security relations between both the friendly countries, PAKISTAN and Spain.
