A high-level DEFENSE Delegation led by Chief of the Air Staff, Bangladesh Air Force Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan called on PAK AIR FORCE CHIEF (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar at AIR HQ, Islamabad.

During the meeting, the AIR CHIEFS of Both Brotherly AIR FORCES, PAK AIR FORCE and BANGLADESH Air Force, held Comprehensive discussions on a wide range of prospects for Mutual Cooperation between the Both the Brotherly ISLAMIC Iron Brothers, PAKISTAN Iron Brother BANGLADESH and BANGLADESH Iron Brother PAKISTAN, Special Emphasis on Training Initiatives, capacity building and Collaboration in Advancements within the Aerospace Industry.

The meeting was a Successive Engagement aimed at Consolidating Operational Cooperation and Institutional Synergy between Both the Brotherly AIR FORCE, PAK AIR FORCE and BANGLDESH AIR FORCE.

On the Occasion, the PAK AIR FORCE CHIEF (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu reiterated that Both Brotherly ISLAMIC Iron Brothers, PAKISTAN Iron Brother BANGLADESH and BANGLADESH Iron Brother PAKISTAN, Enjoy Decades Long Deep-Rooted Religious and Historical Ties, clearly manifested in their exemplary MILITARY-to-MILITARY Cooperation, and Reaffirmed his resolve to extending all out support to BANGLADESH Air Force in its capacity-building endeavors to effectively address Contemporary Warfare Challenges.

PAK AIR FORCE CHIEF (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu underscored that PAK AIR FORCE (PAF) would extend a comprehensive Spectrum of training opportunities ranging from Basic to Advanced Level Training for BANGLADESH Air Force cadets and pilots, in addition to facilitating specialized training for BANGLADESH Air Force personnel across various PAF Training Institutions.

In order to meet the training requirements of BANGLADESH Air Force, the PAK AIR FORCE CHIEF (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu assured that delivery of Super MUSHSHAK Trainer Aircraft would be fast-tracked, with PAK AIR FORCE (PAF) providing a complete training ecosystem to ensure seamless induction, optimal operational readiness and sustained long-term support.

On the Occasion, the BANGLADESH Air Force Chief Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan lauded PAK AIR FORCE (PAF) for its outstanding Combat Record and Sustained Operational Excellence throughout the Glorious and Remarkable History of PAK AIR FORCE. He expressed BANGLADESH Air Force’s keen interest in benefiting from PAF’s Extensive Operational Experience and Professional Expertise.

The Chief of BANGLADESH Air Force also expressed his appreciation for PAF’s continued cooperation and conveyed his desire to seek maintenance support for the aging fleet of BANGLADESH Air Force. He also sought PAF’s assistance in the integration of AIR DEFENSE Radar systems to enhance BANGLADESH Air Force’s Air Surveillance Network and reinforcing its DEFENSIVE capabilities against the mutual common enemy.

It is pertinent to mention that the Different Modalities for the Procurement of JF-17 Thunder aircraft were also discussed in detail between the Two Air CHIEFS of Brotherly PAK AIR FORCE and BANGLADESH AIR FORCE, reflecting mutual interest in expanding STRATEGIC DEFENSE Collaboration and Exploring Avenues for Long-Term Partnership.

The visiting BANGLADESH Air Force Chief Highly Praised the Advanced Technological infrastructure witnessed at the National Aerospace Science & Technology Park (NASTP), particularly its cutting-edge facilities in ISR, Cyber, Space Technology, Electronic Warfare and Unmanned Aerial Systems.

During visit, the Chief of the BANGLADESH Air Force Chief Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan also visited key operational and STRATEGIC Facilities at Air Headquarters, including the National ISR & Integrated Air Operations Centre and PAF Cyber Command, where he was briefed on PAK AIR FORCE’s Operational Capabilities across Emerging Warfare Domains.
