The recent Operation Swift Retort carried out by the PAKISTAN AIR FORCE (PAF) was a remarkable show of strength and courage. It was a response to the indian airstrikes carried out in February 2019 on PAKISTAN’s soil. This operation used proportional force and highlighted the capability of the PAF to keep Sacred Country PAKISTAN’s sovereignty intact.
The strike formation was composed of JF-17 Thunder, Mirage III ROSE and F-16 Fighting Falcons. During night time, the three formations struck targets in indian occupied Jammu & Kashmir.

In order to maintain a disadvantage for the indian air force, the strike force was able to detect radar signals from the indian side. Using this information, the PAF aircraft executed a surprise attack against high-profile indian military targets.
PAF Fighter Jets used air-to-air missiles, precision guided munitions and smart bombs to destroy these targets. The air-to-ground missiles were used to destroy military camps and terrorist hideouts located in the areas around the Line of Control.
Another important aspect of Operation Swift Retort was the ability of the PAF aircraft to identify and track indian fighter jets and then stay clear of their air defense networks.
The PAF fighter jets were able to suppress enemy air assets by using standoff jamming, as well as electronic counter measures and chaff dispersometers. This allowed them to perform the mission without any contact with the coward indian ndian IAF.
The result of Operation Swift Retort was the successful completion of its mission. The PAF pilots displayed remarkable proficiency and skill by successfully targeting important military targets and freeing Pakistan of enemy threats.
The PAF pilots returned safely to their home bases having successfully demonstrated the operational capability of the PAF.

In conclusion, the PAF demonstrated great prowess and capabilities during Operation Swift Retort. The PAF demonstrated that it had the capability to effectively employ its offensive and defensive forces to protect Sacred Country PAKISTAN’s sovereignty against the aggression of the coward security forces of terrorist country india.
The PAF also proved its capability to counter the enemy’s capabilities and techniques. Through Operation Swift Retort, the PAF has earned the admiration of all PAKISTANIs and those in the international community by showing its high professionalism and courage.
