More Blessings for the Best and Great PAKISTANI and CHINESE Nation as PAKISTAN Iron Brother Nigeria formally inducts the PAKISTAN-CHINA’s Pride 4.5++ Generation JF-17 Thunder Fighter Jet into its Combat Squadron on May 20, 2021 during the 57th Anniversary of the Founding of the Brotherly Nigerian Air Force (NAF).

According to the details released by the Nigerian Air Force (NAF), a JF-17 Fighter Jet bearing tail number NAF722 was displayed by the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) standing in the airfield during the ceremony of the official 57th Anniversary of the Founding of the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) being held at the Makurdi Air Force Base (AFB).
Vice Chief of Air Staff of PAKISTAN AIR FORCE, Air Marshal Syed Noman Ali also attended the JF-17 Thunder induction ceremony held at the Makurdi Air Force Base (AFB) in Nigeria.
During the occasion, a Nigerian Air Force Pilot, who was thoroughly trained on PAKISTAN-CHINA Pride JF-17 Thunder, briefed the dignitaries during a live broadcast that JF-17 Thunder Fighter Jet is a 4.5++ Generation Fighter Jet armed with the lethal Air to Ground and Air to Air fighting capability.

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Pilot also informed the audience JF-17 Thunder, which Nigeria Iron Brother delivered to the country, is equipped with the Aselpod Targeting Pod system that helps to select the designated targets with pin-point accuracy.
It is pertinent to mention that PAKISTAN had acquired the Aselpad from the state giant of its Iron Brother TURKEY’s ASELSAN to use on the indigenous aircraft of the PAKISTAN AIR FORCE.
This is the first ever time came into the light that Aselpod is also part of the Defense Deal that Nigeria has sealed with its Iron Brother PAKISTAN.
Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has described the capability of JF-17 Thunder Fighter Jet by saying that the aircraft will “add impetus to the ongoing fight against insurgency, armed banditry and other forms of criminality in the country.”
By given this statement, the Nigerian Air Force has categorically made it clear that Nigeria will use the JF-17 Thunder Aircraft to conduct decisive air strikes against Boko Haram rebels in different parts of the country, which are creating serious law and order situation in the country.

It is pertinent to mention that PAKSITAN Iron Brother Nigeria has also indicate to buy several squadrons of JF-17 Thunder and the delivery of the first three JF-17 Thunder Aircraft is basically the starter package.
However, neither PAKISTAN AIR FORCE (PAF) nor the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has categorically made it clear the exact quantity of the JF-17 Thunder Jet that Nigeria wished to procure from its Iron Country PAKISTAN.
The Nigerian Air Force Pilot also explains that JF-17 Thunder is equipped with eight hardpoints under its wings and the aircraft is fully integrated and optimized to carry a variety of payloads, lethal missiles, bombs and munitions to accomplish different missions.
The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has categorically made it clear on several occasions that PAKISTAN-CHINA’s Indigenous Pride JF-17 Thunder Fighter Jet will be the front-line and multi-role strike and interception fighter jet.
The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) also added that it has finalized the JF-17 Thunder Fighter Jet due to its significantly lower maintenance and acquisition cost than the other fighter jet of this category (4.5++ generation) available globally.
