CHINESE Ambassador To PAKISTAN And COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa Discusses CPEC At GHQ Rawalpindi:

CHINESE Ambassador to Iron Brother Country CHINA, His Excellency Mr. Nong Rong discussed multi-billion dollars CHINA PAKISTAN Economic Corridor (CPEC) with CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at General Headquarter (GHQ) Rawalpindi on Saturday, July 9, 2021, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an Official statement.

According to the details released by the PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head, CHINESE Ambassador to PAKISTAN H.E Mr. Nong Rong and PAK ARMY CHIEF General Qamar Javed Bajwa held One on One important meeting and discuss CHINA PAKISTAN Economic Corridor (CPEC) at GHQ Rawalpindi.

During the meeting, both the dignitaries discuss matters pertaining to the recent regional security situation and mutual interest.

“During the meeting, matters of mutual interest, regional security situation, bilateral cooperation in various fields and update on CHINA-PAKISTAN Economic Corridor (CPEC) were discussed,” DG ISPR said.

Both the dignitaries discuss ways to further enhance the bilateral cooperation in various fields and mega projects, including the CHINA PAKISTAN Economic Corridor (CPEC).

On the occasion, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa specially thanked the CHINESE Ambassador to PAKISTAN His Excellency Mr. Nong Rong for providing unflinching and unwavering support that PAKISTAN has provided to Iron Brother Country CHINA during the testing times of Covid-19 pandemic.

On the occasion, the visiting dignitary, CHINESE Ambassador to PAKISTAN H.E Mr. Nong Rong highly acknowledged and lauded the due positive role played by PAKISTAN in the region for further improvement in diplomatic and bilateral defense and security cooperation between the two Iron Brother countries, PAKISTAN and CHINA.

“Ambassador appreciated and acknowledged PAKISTAN’s positive role in the region and pledged to play his role for further improvement in diplomatic cooperation between both countries,” DG ISPR said.

It is expected that the recent high-profile meeting with CHINESE Ambassador to PAKISTAN H.E Mr. Nong Rong with COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa will significantly help to further augment and strengthen the Bilateral Defense and Security relations between both the Iron Brother Countries.
