PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir witnessed the Integrated Firepower and Battle Maneuvers of different state of the art and lethal PAK ARMY Air Defense Weapons, including High to Medium Air Defense Weapons System (HIMADS), Low to Medium Air Defense System (LOMAD), Short Range Air Defense system (SHORADs) and Extended Short Range Air Defense system (ESHORADs) during Air Defense Weapon System Exercise AL-BAYZA-III 2024 at Sonmiani on Friday, Jan 12 2024, PAK ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said in an Official Statement.
According to the details, PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir paid high-profile and important visit to the Sonmiani to Witness the PAK ARMY Air Defense Weapons Systems Exercise AL-BAYZA-III 2024.
During the visit, PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir witnessed the Integrated Firepower and Battle Maneuvers of the different Hi-Tech Air Defense Weapon Systems of PAK ARMY, including High to Medium Air Defense Weapons System (HIMADS), Low to Medium Air Defense System (LOMAD), Short Range Air Defense system (SHORADs) and Extended Short Range Air Defense system (ESHORADs) during Air Defense Weapon System Exercise AL-BAYZA-III 2024 at Sonmiani.
During the PAK ARMY Air Defense Systems Exercise AL-BAYZA-III 2024, all the Air Defense Systems of PAK ARMY successfully neutralizes their designated airborne target with Pinpoint Accuracy.
PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir highly appreciated the remarkable achievement of engaging targets with precision and operational readiness of Corps of Army Air Defense.
Corps Commander Karachi, Commander Army Air Defense, Inspector General Training & Evaluation (IG&T) and Inspector General Arms also witnessed the PAK ARMY Air Defense Weapon Systems Exercise AL-BAYZA-III 2024 at Sonmiani.

He laid floral wreath at Yadgar e Shuhada and paid homage to Brave Martyrs of Sacred Country PAKISTAN, who Sacrificed their lives while protecting the Honor and Glory of this Sacred Country PAKISTAN. COAS installed Lieutenant General Muhammad Zafar Iqbal, HI (M), as Colonel Commandant of Army Air Defense Corps.
