COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa Held One On One Important Meetings With Top Senior Civilian And Military Leadership Of European Union During Official Visit To Belgium:
PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa held One on One high-profile and important meetings with the Top Senior Civilian and Military Leadership of European Union during official visit to Belgium on Friday, February 18, 2022, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement.
According to the details, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa meets with the Chairman of European Union Military Committee and Secretary General European Union.
COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa meets with the Chairman of the EU Military Committee General Claudio Graziano and the Secretary of the European External Action Service Mr. Stefano Stannino.
During the interactions, CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa and the dignitaries discussed matters related to professional and mutual interest, including the recent regional security situation.
“During the meeting matters of mutual interest, overall regional security situation including the current situation in Afghanistan and bilateral relations with the EU were discussed,” DG ISPR said.
On the occasion, the dignitaries also discussed the current situation of Afghanistan after the humiliating defeat and hastily withdrawal of US and Allied forces from the country.
“COAS said that PAKISTAN values its relations with EU countries and earnestly look forward to enhance mutual cooperation based on common interests,” DG ISPR Quoted COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa.
CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that the Sacred Country PAKISTAN values its relations with the EU Countries and looks forward to further enhance the Bilateral relations based on the common interests.
The European Union dignitaries highly lauded the Sincere and Unbiased efforts of PAKISTAN for maintaining the eternal peace and stability in the region.
The EU dignitaries also pledged to play their due role in order to further augment and strengthen the Bilateral Defense and Security relations between PAKISTAN and European Union.

The European Union Dignitaries also acknowledged the Unmatched Sacrifices of PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES in the ongoing War against indian and iranian state sponsored, state funded, state backed and state trained terrorists in Sacred Country PAKISTAN.
It is expected that the recent high-profile and important visit of CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa will significantly help to increase the existing bilateral relations between PAKISTAN and European Countries in wide range of spheres, including Security and Defense.
