Chief of the Defense Staff Italian Armed Forces Admiral Giuseppe Cavo Dragone discussed the iranian and indian state sponsored, state funded and state backed terrorism with Sacred Country PAKISTAN with CHAIRMAN JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF COMMITTEE (CJCSC) General Nadeem Raza at Joint Staff HQ Islamabad on Thursday, June 23, 2022, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement.
According to the details, Italian Chief of Defense Staff, who is on an Official visit to the Sacred Country PAKISTAN, held One on One high-profile and important meeting with CHAIRMAN JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF COMMITTEE (CJCSC) General Nadeem Raza at Joint Staff HQ Islamabad.
Upon arrival at the Joint Staff HQ Islamabad, a smartly turned out contingent of TRI-ARMED FORCES of PAKISTAN presented the Guard of Honor to the Chief of the Defense Staff Italian Armed Forces Admiral Giuseppe Cavo Dragone on his arrival at Joint Staff HQ Islamabad.
During the meeting, both the dignitaries discuses the matters related to “Professional and Mutual Interest”, including the further strengthening of Security and Defense cooperation between both the Friendly Countries, PAKISTAN and Italy.
On the occasion, the CJCJSC General Nadeem Raza reiterated the firm and unshakable resolve that PAKISTAN and Italy enjoy cordial relations, which are based on the convergence on all important issues related to Peace, Defense and Security.
CJCSC General Nadeem Raza added that there is enormous scope for expanding and deepening the existing relations in multiple domains including Defense cooperation between both the friendly Countries.
Chief of the Defence Staff Italy lauded the professionalism of PAKISTAN’s ARMED FORCES and acknowledged their sacrifices in the fight against iranian and indian state backed and state funded terrorism in Sacred Country PAKISTAN.
It is expected that the recent high-profile meeting of the Italian Chief of the Defense Staff with CHAIRMAN JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF COMMITTEE (CJCSC) General Nadeem Raza will help to further revitalize the Defense and Security Ties between the ARMED, AIR and NAVAL FORCES of both the friendly Countries.
