Commander TURKISH LAND FORCES H.E General Umit Dundar Held Important Meeting With COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa At GHQ Rawalpindi:
Commander TURKISH LAND FORCES His Excellency General Umit Dundar, who is on an Official visit to Iron Brother Country PAKISTAN, held One on One important meeting with CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at General Headquarter (GHQ) on Monday, July 5, 2021, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement.
According to the details released by the PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head the Inter-Services Public Relations or ISPR, Commander TURKISH LAND FORCES General Umit Dundar meets with PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF General Qamar Javed Bajwa at GHQ Rawalpindi.
During the meeting, both the dignitaries discuss different matters of professional and mutual interest and recent regional security situation.
Both the dignitaries also discuss the possibility to further enhance the Bilateral Security and Defense relations and cooperation between the ARMED, NAVAL and AIR FORCES of both the Iron Brother Countries.
“During the meeting, matters of mutual and professional interest with special emphasis on Defense and security collaboration between the two brotherly countries were discussed,” DG ISPR said.
On the occasion, COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that PAKISTAN greatly values its Historical Brotherly relations with TURKEY, which are deep rooted in deep rooted in history and entrenched in religious and cultural affinities.
“COAS said that we highly value our brotherly relations with TURKEY which are deeply rooted in history and entrenched in our cultural and religious affinities,” DG ISPR added.
During the meeting, both the sides fully agreed to further enhance and expand the Bilateral Defense, Security and Military to Military relations with each other in the domain of Counter-terrorism and training.
On the occasion, the visiting dignitary Commander TURKISH LAND FORCES His Excellency General Umit Dundar highly acknowledged and appreciated the role of PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES for promoting and maintaining regional peace and stability.
Commander TURKISH LAND FORCES His Excellency General Umit Dundar also acknowledge the Precious Sacrifices of PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES in its ongoing fight against indian state sponsored and indian state funded terrorism.
Earlier on arrival, the visiting dignitary Commander TURKISH LAND FORCES His Excellency General Umit Dundar was presented a Guard of Honor by a Smartly turned out Military contingent.
It is expected that the recent high-profile visit of the TURKISH LAND FORCES Commander will significantly help to enhance the Bilateral Security and Defense Ties between both the Brotherly Countries.
