Multinational 2-Weeks Long Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise “Eternal Brotherhood-II” successfully kicks off at Barotha on Tuesday, September 19 2023, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head DG ISPR Major General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said in an Official Statement.
According to the details, the Opening Ceremony of 2-Weeks long Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise “Eternal Brotherhood-II” was held at Barotha.
Special Operations Forces (SOF) of Sacred Country PAKISTAN, PAKISTAN Iron Brother TURKIYE, Qatar, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan are participating the 2-Weeks Long “Eternal Brotherhood-II” Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise.
PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir visited the Barotha Garrison and interacted with the Special Forces Operators of the participating countries.
On the occasion, the PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir was thoroughly briefed on the overall aim, conduct and scope of the 2-Weeks Long Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise “Eternal Brotherhood-II” Exercise by the General Officer Commanding SPECIAL SERVICES GROUP Major General Adil Rehmani (Tamgha-i-Basalat Military).
The basic aim of the “Eternal Brotherhood-II” Exercise is to further harness the Historic Defense and Military to Military relations among the Allied and Friendly Countries of Sacred Country PAKISTAN during the 2-week long exercise.
The Special Operations Forces (SOF) of the different participating countries will employ the basic concept of nurturing the Joint Employment, while identifying areas of mutual interest for future military collaborations and benefitting from each other’s experience against terrorism.
Prior to visiting Brotha, the PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir also visited Junior Leadership Academy (JLA) Shinkiari, which is the Center of Excellence for training of Non Commissioned Officers (NCOs).
Upon arrival at Shinkiari, the PAK ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir laid Floral Wreath at Yadgaar-E-Shuhada and paid Rich and Glorious Tribute to the Martyrs of Sacred Country PAKISTAN, who spilled their blood and gave their life, to save the Honor, Integrity and Sovereignty of Sacred Country PAKISTAN.
On the occasion, the COAS General Asim Munir said that “Our standard of professionalism and leadership is par excellence compared to any modern army of the world. Junior leaders of PAKISTAN ARMY have proven their mettle in the fields of training, operations and world class competitions across the world.”

“Junior Leaders are the backbone of PAKISTAN ARMY and are key to success in Conventional, Unconventional Warfare and Hybrid Warfare,” COAS General Asim Munir continued.
On arrival at the Junior Leadership Academy (JLA) and Brotha, the PAKISTAN ARMY CHIEF (COAS) General Asim Munir was Warmly Greeted, Welcomed and Received by the Inspector General Training & Evolution (IGT&E) Lieutenant General Muhammad Chiragh Haider.
