PAK ARMY Promotes Two Hindu Officers To the Rank Of Lieutenant Colonel With Immediate Effect:
In a major development, PAK ARMY, the Custodian of the Sacred Frontiers of Sacred Country PAKISTAN, has promoted two Hindu officers of PAKISTAN ARMY to the rank of Lieutenant Colonels with immediate effects on Friday, February 25, 2022, PAKISTAN ARMY Media Wing Head Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Major General Babar Iftikhar said in an official statement.
According to the details, PAKISTAN ARMY has elevated Major Dr. Aneel Kumar and Major Dr. Kelash Kumar to the post of Lieutenant Colonel with immediate effect at the PAKISTAN ARMY Promotion Board approved their promotions and elevations.
Both newly promoted Lieutenant Colonels of PAK ARMY belongs to the PAKISTAN ARMY Medical Corps and serving the Sacred Country PAKISTAN for decades.
After the major promotions, Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Kelash Kumar has become the first ever Hindu officer of PAK ARMY that has elevated to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Kelash Kumar:
One of the newly promoted Hindu Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Kelash Kumar belongs to the Tharparkar region of Sindh and has become the first ever Officer of the Hindu Community to reach at this higher position.
Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Kelash Kumar completed his MBBS from the Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences (LUHMS) in 2006, Jamshoro and later he commissioned in the PAKISTAN ARMY Medical Corps.
Furthermore, the newly promoted Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Kelash Kumar is also the first ever Hindu Officer of PAK ARMY that has been selected for the Emergency Medicine Course in the University Hospital Birmingham, UK.
Lt. Col Dr. Kelash Kumar has also become the first-ever Hindu Major in the PAK ARMY that was posted to the Ministry of Defense (MoD) PAKISTAN.
He has also been served the Civilian population in free medical camps, which were established in the several remote areas of Sacred Country PAKISTAN, including the AZAD KASHMIR, Gilgit-Baltistan, Tharparkar and Hunza Valley.
The newly promoted Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Kelash Kumar also received the Tamgha-e-Azam and Tamgha-e-Baqa for fighting against indian and iranian state sponsored, state funded and state backed terrorism in Sacred Country PAKISTAN.
Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Kelash Kumar has also received the Tamagha-e-Dafa (A Siachen Medal) for staying 36 days continuously at World’s Highest Military Post in Saddle, Baltoro near World’s Second Highest Mountain K2 of around 22,000 ft.

Another newly promoted Hindu Lieutenant Colonel of PAKISTAN ARMY Dr. Aneel Kumar also hails from the Tharparkar region of Sindh.
He has got 2 decades of experience serving PAK ARMY and his Sacred Country PAKISTAN. Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Aneel Kumar also enjoyed a distinctive career in PAK ARMY.
