PAKISTAN ARMY Announced Top-Level Appointments And Promotions:

In a recent development, PAKISTAN ARMY Announced Top Level Appointments and Promotions in the organization on Monday, 25th November, 2019, PAKISTAN ARMY MEDIA Wing Inter-Services Public Relations said in a statement.


According to the statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), PAKISTAN ARMY has appointed Lieutenant General Nadeem Zaki Manj as the Director General Strategic Plans Division (DG SPD), Lieutenant General Shamshad Mirza has been appointed as Chief of General Staff (CGS), Lieutenant General Shaheen Mazhar Mehmood as the Commander Mangla Corps and Lieutenant General Muhammad Amir as the Adjutant General (AG).

Furthermore, PAKISTAN NAVY has promoted Major General Muhammad Saeed and Major General Ali Amir Awan to the rank of Lieutenant Generals.

The newly promoted Lieutenant General Ali Amir Awan has been given the responsibilities as the IG C & IT, whereas Lieutenant General Muhammad Saeed has been given the responsibility as the President National Defense University (NDU) ISLAMABAD.

PAKISTAN ARMY has also notified the appointment of Lieutenant General Nadeem Raza as the new CHAIRMAN JOINT CHIEF OF STAFF COMMITTEE (CJCSC). Lieutenant General Nadeem Raza will assume his responsibilities on Wednesday November, 28th, 2019.

The current CHAIRMAN JOINT CHEIF OF STAFF COMMITTEE (CJCSC) General Zubair Mahmood Hayat, after successfully completing his service tenure, is due to retire on November, 28th, 2019.
